My first bazaar ....... In this AB I bought a car that was even 100tis cheaper than an authorized B..B dealer in the same gear and the same km drive so good but what's most on this AB is willingness the staff who are very much appreciated for me not like in the MB car is really as they described it to me.

I looked for a Superb 3 1.8 TSI L&K in this bazaar (incorrectly advertised as TFSI in the bazaar). The pictures looked quite neglected and in the last year the bazaar cheaper by 100 thousand. I decided to go see him anyway. The communication with the employees was great, they also met the deadline. I had to wait a while for the car to be delivered, but I came a little earlier, so ok. In the meantime, I was given praiseworthy information about the car (supposedly in a super state). The repairs were communicated on request, I found out in advance. After the delivery of the car, the surprise did not take place, the interior was in a deplorable state (according to the bazaar, it is said to be a standard for the 80 tkm raid - I have already bought a lot of cars for my life and I have seen cars with 500 tkm with a more preserved interior). The bad condition of the car was also from the outside. Nevertheless, I was still willing to continue the tour and I would consider the car in case of a discount. But then came the shock. The bazaar told me there was no gas in the car. Before I could ask myself whether I should write it myself, I was told that the test drive is only possible if I buy the car (supposedly a "boss" order, so exactly the same as in the bag). Due to the condition of the interior and the paintwork, it could be assumed that the rest of the car would be neglected, so of course I did not approach this game and turned on my heel. My shortest visit to the bazaar in history. If I was not from Ostrava and would go to this "montekarlo" bazaar across the Czech Republic, I would be very rude. I don't understand how anyone can buy a car here without a test drive. I do not recommend.

I don't like to give bad reviews, but after I was denied a test drive (because then they would have to wash it), I can't help it. I haven't encountered this in the bazaar yet. Response to your comment: it's nonsense, why would I probably come to you if I didn't want to buy a car? The staff wanted to tell me in advance when I would pay him. You will surely admit that you can hardly promise someone without passing a car. I see it as having lazy employees and instead of apologizing, you are writing such nonsense. You are a car bazaar, I don't know what you're playing at .. If you call and apologize, I will delete the comment.

We used the services of a second-hand car shop about 8 years ago. We bought a Škoda Octavia, then 4 years old, with a service book without any accidents, nice paint, mileage 124 thousand. km, with a six-month warranty for hidden defects. After about 2 months, the air conditioning compressor broke down, our warranty was not recognized. These days we wanted to give the car a consideration when buying a new car. Dealer check the vehicle history database Cebia and found that the car before we bought it a total of 3 times havaraváno subsequently repaired by an authorized service and repair cost of one of the 230tis CZK. Unfortunately, this is my experience with used cars.

In the summer of 2021, I bought a car here. Perfect condition, km guarantee, etc. When I was looking for a car for a partner, the supercar was a clear choice for me and I did well. I can highly recommend this second-hand car shop for me.

I never thought any car dealer could work fairly. However, I was wrong, SUPERAUTA surprised me very much. The fact that when you buy a car, everyone behaves nice and wait for you even after opening hours, to handle the necessary formalities and help with everything is not so unusual. However, when something goes wrong in the vast majority of cases after the sale of the car, it is no longer pink ... After a week of buying a car, the car started to jump into emergency mode from time to time, but the error disappeared after a restart and no diagnostics the error was not visible if the light was not on, so it was difficult to come to the service just when the car was just in emergency mode. This happened after more than a month and after a very difficult fault finding, it was found that the engine was damaged enough to replace it. I bought the car for the company and in the purchase contract it was agreed that only 7 days for the claim of hidden defects, so I was not entitled to the claim. However, the owner's decision on how to deal with the situation was extremely fair. He offered to either reps for the entire engine free of charge, or found an engine with a 30,000 Km overseas abroad, to replace the engine free of charge and pay 50% of the engine price. With this I agreed and mentioned that it is important for me to make the repair as soon as possible, because it took a long time to diagnose the fault and I no longer have the opportunity to rent a car. After that came another surprise when they offered me a spare car before the engine was replaced and also free. After completing the engine replacement, I was told that I managed to get an even younger engine with a 9,000 Km ramp, which was only slightly more expensive, but the price will stay the same as we agreed, only spreading 50% / 50% but 60 / 40. Other things like 50% off the engine oil and other consumables will also please. In short, after my experience, I can only recommend this used car and car service to everyone. A fair approach, especially in car dealerships, is rarely seen, and this used car is more than fair ... Personally, I hope to be able to buy other cars here.

Bezeslov, one of the best used cars in the Czech Republic .... AAA Auto and other cheap offshoots like Auto Esa etc. have no idea what an elite used car like this one is.
