★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již několik týdnů rozbité pohyblivé schody, kuřáci přímo před vchody do budovy, plné parkoviště zobrazující volná místa invalidů a trvalých rezervací. Je to docela ostuda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi pěkné nádraží, hlavně venku je příjemně čekat. Uvnitř bych zvolila jiný typ sedaček, v zimě se na nich nedá sedět železná konstrukce je příliš studená.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice pěkný a prostorově úsporný terminál. Krytý před deštěm, vybavený lavičkami. Vzdálenost od budovy nádraží ČD cca 20 m. V budově ČD je zázemí hygienické, nákupní i stravovací. Propojení s nástupišti vlaků je schodištěm z budovy ČD i bezbariérové bočním vchodem do budovy, dále po I.nastupišti směr Olomouc, na konec budovy, kde se nachází výtah do odděleného tunelu s výtahy na jednotlivá nástupiště. Přechod na vzdálenější nástupiště s vozíkem nebo zavazadly je cca 5 až 10 minut dle zdatnosti cestujícího. Jízdenky ČD se prodávají v hlavní hale vedle schodiště. Průchod na l. nástupiště je i okolo prodejny Pont. V hale je i pěkné bistro, vhodné nejen k občerstvení, ale i ke kompletní snidani, pokud cestujete brzy ráno.

The connection to the train platforms is a staircase from the ČD building as well as a barrier-free side entrance to the building, further along the 1st platform towards Olomouc, to the end of the building, where there is a lift to a separate tunnel The transition to the far platform with a trolley or luggage is about 5 to 10 minutes depending on the fitness of the passenger. ČD tickets are sold in the main hall next to the staircase. Passage to the 1st platform is also around the Pont shop. There is also a nice bistro in the lobby, suitable not only for refreshments, but also for a full breakfast if you are traveling early in the morning.
