Naneštěstí na to přišla v sobotu, kdy podle webových stránek nefunguje infolinka. Zkusila jsem napsat mail a paní Kavková zareagovala, a ještě týž den zařídila předání nalezeného průkazu..... Takže po této zkušenosti budu ráda šířit dobré jméno firmy, bez ohledu na místo pro nohy mezi sedadly :) Paní Kavková, ještě jednou moc díky! O vozidel z videa které přikládám dopravce tvdri že je čerstvě po STK, pak že není jeho, pak že jej prodal... Nakonec přizná že je jeho a je čerstvě po STK. Jak dělají v Žatci STK je na pováženou. V	Veronika wera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupila jsem si e-jizdenku tu při nástupu ukázala řidiči načež on řekl že to není on abych vystoupila že můj bus přijede, při kontrole jízdenky jsem zjistila že to byl on a ten řidič mi lhal, nenechal mě nastoupit do autobusu s zakoupenou jizdenkou,žádost o vrácení peněz samozřejmě neúspěšná , velice špatný přístup k zákazníkovi I bought an e-ticket here when she showed the driver and then he said it wasn't him to get off that my bus was coming, when I checked the ticket I found out it was him and the driver lied to me, he didn't let me get on the bus with the purchased ticket, request on a refund of course unsuccessful, very poor approach to the customer
M	Marek Zaza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Řidiči autobusu jsou velmi ochotny vždy pomoc, jsou milí a hodny bez žádných problému. Vedeni společnosti je velmi vstřícné vždy poradí a pomůžou. Autobusy jsou velice čisté a příjemné posezeni. Komunikace jak s řidiči autobusu tak i s vedením bez žádných problému či komplikaci. Při pokusech o mávání aby zastavil (byl jsem 4 metry od autobusu) pouze zamával a usmál se. Díky za tenhle přístup:DD The driver arrived at the bus stop 5 minutes earlier. I calmly went to the stop.
