★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemný personál, rychlá oprava. Dveře na autě jsou jako nové a lak sedí s původním na autě :) Navíc po opravě auto i vyčistili venku, i uvnitř jako bonus. :)
Friendly staff, quick repair. The doors on the car are like new and the paint fits with the original on the car :) In addition, after repairing the car I cleaned the outside and inside as a bonus. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Řešil jsem opravu po nehode, byli prvni na místě. Oprava šla z pojištovny viníka. Domluvili podrobnosti a sepsali papíry, proběhla oprava. Po nějaké době jsem byl s autem na STK a neprošel jsem... Použili neoriginální díl ( to by mi ani nevadilo) ale nenamontovali část která naklapí světlo(nahoru/dolu).Takže jsem taky naletěl a jak to bývá, kdyz ptacka lapaji, pěkně mu zpívají. Po telefonickém rozhovoru a snahou o reklamaci, kdy mi bylo řečeno že jsou plně vytížení a že si budu muset počkat.... jelikož auto bez STK je mi na nic, tak jsem si na vlastní náklady opravil a z těmito lidmi nechcu mít nic společného.
I was dealing with repairs after the accident, they were the first on the spot. The repair came from the culprit's insurance company. They arranged the details and wrote down the papers, and the repair took place. After a while I was with the car at the MOT and I didn't pass ... They used a non-original part (I wouldn't mind) but they didn't install the part that turns the light on (up / down). So I also flew in and how it is when I catch a bird, they sing nicely to him. After a telephone conversation and an attempt at a complaint, when I was told that they are fully occupied and that I will have to wait .... since the car without MOT is useless to me, so I repaired it at my own expense and I do not want anything to do with these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, byl jsem zde již několikrát v Autoservisu a vždy spokojen. Nebyl jsem objednán a vždy i majitel tohoto servisu se mě ujal a hned udělal diagnostiku a domluvili jsme termín opravy a vše v pořádku. Dne 9.4.2021 jsem měl na palubním PC hlášku závada předního světla. Zajel jsem opět do tohoto servisu a požádal u okénka zda by mi žárovku vyměnili na počkáni u Ford Mondea MK IV, kde se musí vyndat celé světlo. Pan se toho ujal a za 20 minut jsem odjížděl s výměněnou žárovkou. Děkuji za ochotu panu co opravu prováděl. Doporučuji tento Autoservis.
Hello, I have been here several times in Autoservis and always satisfied. I was not ordered and always the owner of this service took me in and immediately did the diagnostics and we agreed on a repair date and everything was fine. On April 9, 2021, I had the message headlight fault on the on-board PC. I drove to this service again and asked at the window if they would replace my bulb while waiting at the Ford Mondea MK IV, where the whole light must be removed. Mr. took it and in 20 minutes I left with a replaced light bulb. Thank you for the willingness of the man who did the repair. I recommend this car service.
