For objectivity - I work in the same position in the service, only for a different brand. + Friendly and professional service technician Mr. Vasak, all questions were answered, pro-client approach (I was advised to get a nice discount on parts that I did not know about). + Nice, smiling receptionist. + There was communication noise during the appointment and I was allegedly ordered to Kolben's place in Vršovice, however, Mr. Vasák did not make any science out of it (for which I thank him) and the service was performed in Vršovice. + Everything was done according to the agreement, the vehicle was also disembarked. + Prices to Prague are absolutely ok, oil and the rate for work is not exaggerated, parts are also ok (but I assume they are set flat). - Tiny minus for the fact that beyond the recommended maintenance my air filter was replaced, which I do not think after 15 thousand. since the last exchange it was absolutely necessary ... But it's just a small thing for a few hundred and it certainly won't hurt the car, it will rather help. Overall, I am satisfied with the visit and I felt very positive. I can definitely recommend the service according to the first impression and the choice is clear for the next service inspection.

I have gone to the service center in Českobrodská so far, I say I have it not far from the house, I will try them. Reception and communication. My wife picked up the car after the service, I couldn't and I look at the invoice at home and I don't believe it. Washer water 2 liters, tank empty. Other items for the material are probably comfortable, the prices for work are exorbitant, some I can't even decipher. The car returned dirty inside and out, I was used to from the last service that it was always clean and fragrant. For twenty liters of what happened to me, I would expect something else. Well, next time I will definitely turn to the service from the past.
