Při hovoru s panem Ezechýlem jsem se setkal akorát s arogancí a lhostejností. Což mě odradilo, poněvadž jestli se chovají k autům stejně, jako k potencionálním zákazníkům, jsem rád, že jsem auto nedal do tohoto servisu. Čekal jsem víc, když jsem dostal doporučení na tento "servis". While talking to Mr. Ezekiel, I met with arrogance and indifference. Which discouraged me, because if they treat cars the same as potential customers, I'm glad I didn't put the car in this service. Ale co se mi nejvíc líbí, že přímo řeknou, kdy mají volný termín - dovezu auto v úterý a opravdu v to úterý je na zvedáku...to je za mě obrovské plus. Na čem se domluvíte, to se na autě udělá, v průběhu oprav Vás informují o problémech a snaží se najít tu nejlepší cestu pro zákazníka ne pro sebe! Hodinová sazba je taky velmi příznivá oproti jiným servisum v okrese Vsetín. Důvod kvůli čemu nemůžu dát ZATÍM 5* je ten, že trochu vázne domluva mezi mechanikem a učněm, kterého ukoluje, ale myslím, že to bylo jen momentální zaváhání, byl to totiž atypický problém na mém autě. Nemám důvod se znovu nevrátit do tohoto servisu se svým autem a tu jednu hvězdičku po té přidat, ba naopak. The approach of the owner and staff unrivaled. Chtel jsem od pana Ezechila papir od odvedene prace a zadny jsem nedostal.Takze beru ze to delal na cerno a bude se o to zajimat financni urad.Jeste jednou nedoporucuji servis !!!! Mechanik co ji dělá teď říká že nebyla nikdy dělána. 2.Dával jsem vyměnit olej orginal Ford uctovali si za pět litru 2200kč normálně ho seženu za 1000kč bez slevy. Zloději to jsou a pozitivní recenze píšou lidi co autům nerozumí. 1. Doing a new clutch after a year is bad. The mechanic who does it now says it was never done. 2. I had an oil change orginal Ford charged for five liters 2200 CZK normally I will get it for 1000 CZK without discount. They are thieves and positive reviews are written by people who do not understand cars.

I do not recommend unprofessional work. A set of exhaust made a year ago. A second visit a month ago, due to technical reasons, when the mechanic told me that the exhaust was very bad.
