★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl bych se podělit o zkušenost s výměnou zimních pneumatik ve firmě Zofi. Za výměnu pneumatik na diskách jsem zaplatil 860 kč, z čehož bylo 360 kč "čištění". Firma vám vyčistí pneumatiky, aniž se vás zeptá, zda to chcete a aniž vám řekne, kolik to stojí a dokonce vám umyje i ty, které vám právě sundala a ty vám mokré dají do kufru a takže v kufru potom budete mít vodu a nepořádek z ní. Za svůj život jsem měnil zimní pneu snad 20 krát v nejrůznějších autoservisech, značkových i neznačkových, ale tohle jsem zažil poprvé. Bylo to snad tím, že to auto nemělo místní SPZ, nebo protože to bylo firemní?! Připomíná mi to praktiky některých restaurací z 90. let minulého století, kdy na stůl hostům nenápadně přinesla obsluha sáčky s oříšky a ty pak naúčtovala bez ohledu, zda je hosté chtěli/jedli nebo ne. Tihle restaurace časem všechny zkrachovaly.... Já sice chápu, že je krize, ale snažit se vydělávat na zákaznících tímto způsobem je lumpárna! nic jiného. Nepochybuji, že v Blatné a okolí je řada jiných slušných autoservisů/pneuservisů, kam se případně mohou zákazníci obrátit!

During my life, I changed winter tires perhaps 20 times in various car repair shops, branded and non-branded, but I experienced this for the first time. Was it because the car didn't have a local license plate, or because it was corporate ?! It reminds me of the practice of some restaurants from the 90s of the last century, when the staff unobtrusively brought bags of nuts to the table and charged them, regardless of whether the guests wanted / ate them or not. These restaurants have all gone bankrupt over time .... I understand that there is a crisis, but trying to make money on customers this way is a scam! nothing else. I have no doubt that there are a number of other decent car services / tire services in Blatná and its surroundings, where customers can possibly turn!
