Dá se spolehnout na položky skladem (což za mě zatím byla drtivá většina), jeden den objednávku zpracují, druhý den pošlou a třetí dorazí. Jediné co bych ocenil navíc, je snad širší sortiment autopříslušenství jako např. různé LED žárovky, autokosmetika a chemie různých značek. Speed, reliability, good prices, nice name. Already several purchases, everything always arrived on time and in order. You can rely on items in stock (which was the vast majority for me so far), one day they will process the order, the next day they will send and the third they will arrive. The only thing I would appreciate in addition is perhaps a wider range of car accessories such as various LED bulbs, car cosmetics and chemicals of various brands.

Pokud si totiž spletete díl, a v rámci zákonné, 14ti denní khůty jim ho nepoužitý vrátíte, dají vám to pěkně sežrat, jak je otravujete ;) I recommend shopping only if you are a super pro. If you confuse the part, and within the legal, 14-day period you return it unused to them, they will let you eat it nicely as you annoy them;)
P	Petr S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si spojkovou sadu, setrvačník a vysouvač spojky. Vše SACHS. V zásilce byly v krabicích Sachs setrvačník a spojková sada LUK. Sorryjako, tyhle díly jsou skoro o 5 tisíc levnější. Prodejce mi sdělil, že to tak výrobci dělají. Takže když mi trhovec prodá Lodiasky v krabici Adidas, tak je to cajk? Když to víte, proč to přeprodáváte? Do telefonu nepříjemný prodejce. Navíc spojková sada přišla v torzu původního balení. Podotýkám, že celý přebal byl v pořádku, takže to není práce přepravní služby. Vše jsem odvezl prodejci. Na místě opět svádění krabice na přepravní službu a ujištění, že oni nejsou "autodílos", že pro ně jen prodávají. Tak tomu už nerozumím vůbec, když jediná adresa na webu je ta kolínská. Vůbec je nenapadlo se třeba omluvit, když to podělali. Raději zaplatím víc jinde, než dávat své peníze téhle firmě. Jelikož díly potřebuju rychle, zakoupil jsem ihned po rozbalení tohohle hnusu, v Kelly LUK. V přílohách je porovnání. Nula hvězd nejde dát, ta jedna je za okamžité vrácení peněz. I ordered a clutch kit, flywheel and clutch release. All SACHS. The shipment included a LUK flywheel and LUK clutch kit in the boxes. Sorry, these parts are almost 5,000 cheaper. The seller told me that the manufacturers do so. So when a salesman sells me Lodias in an Adidas box, is it a teak? If you know, why resell it? Annoying salesman on the phone. In addition, the clutch kit came in the torsion of the original packaging. I note that the entire cover was fine, so it's not a shipping job. I took everything to the seller. I don't understand that at all when the only address on the web is the one in Cologne. It never occurred to them to apologize when they screwed up. I'd rather pay more than give my money to this company. Because I need the parts quickly, I bought them immediately after unpacking this disgust, at Kelly LUK.
