★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kontaktoval jsem manažera (majitela) před dvěma týdny. Zarezervoval jsem si auto a byl jsem spokojen. Za dva dny do vypůjčení auta jsme si zavolali a domluvili se o podminkách.
V den vypůjčení nikdo mi nezavolal a neomluvil. Přijel jsem na adresu v domluvený čas ale nikoho tamhle nebylo pak jsem zavolal a uslyšel jsem, že musím počkat ještě hodiny. Po očekávaní jsem zopakoval volání a řekl jsem, že chci zarezervovane auto. Jako odpověd´ jsem uslyšel, že žádné auto nikdo mi nepůjčí

I contacted the manager (owner) two weeks ago. I booked a car and I was satisfied. Two days before we rented the car, we called and agreed on the conditions.
On the day of borrowing, no one called me and apologized. I arrived at the address at the appointed time but no one was there then I called and heard that I had to wait for hours. As expected, I repeated the call and said I wanted a reserved car. As a response, I heard no one would lend me a car
