I can positively evaluate attitude and behavior, or willingness. Anyway, working on a brand new car is a disaster. I asked for a transparent film "Optic Shield", the hood was one big bubble, where, after agreement Mr. Simek pierced the bubbles and somehow it could be accepted. The front bumper of the Mercedes E 2017 (W213) was disassembled at the edges and the foil completely shrunk, I asked for a sticker. After agreement, the gentleman arrived and glued again, stitching it to two parts, the foil divided in a very visible place, the edges are cut off again as if hastily-uneven and in different parts of the foil also does not completely adhere to the car, despite the fact that the foil is not glued to the ends of the bumper at the bottom. Prague's overall impression looks nice, but after a more detailed examination of the film again in x places not adjacent. On the lights, the foil managed to stick, the roof where the classic black glossy foil was used visually nice. At the final meeting I reported my dissatisfaction and it should be reflected in the invoice, which was about 18,000 CZK without VAT, so I do not know if someone took into account something, because the cost of the work and material consumption is relatively high. I paid the invoice, but I definitely don't recommend the business to anyone and I never trust the car myself, it was not only my opinion, but I quote the words of the seller from MB Milan Kral „This way the car sticked to me You don’t even want to pass “ So I have to have the bumper mask torn off and have it remodeled by another specialist company.

Except that there were a lot of people who didn't do anything, but just looked so well.

Communication very poor, waiting time 14 days, at a driving distance of 60 km they made only half of the order, forgetting the other part. They say I have to order and come next time ... Very unprofessional approach.

Communication on the 1st installation fast. Upon arrival, a recommendation of what will and will not look good, I was lent a car for the installation itself so that I would not have to wait in the "garage". When I returned, I was told that the bubbles would disappear within a week. However, it didn't happen even after a month - the rear window was full of small bubbles + sometimes a few big ones. I solved the complaint ... and it wasn't so ideal here anymore ... I solved it and I urged it for maybe a month. Eventually, the rear and side windows were glued over. At the same time, the heating of the window on the back was completely torn ... And despite that, the foil was just a bubble again. I didn't want to deal with it here anymore ...

I was here for the second time. The quality of the work done is great, only the owner could be a little more pleasant

Already in November of the previous year, I made my first contact via e-mail. Here I have already been informed of my wishes, including foils and paint, and that I want the whole vehicle to be covered with foil (including door trim, etc.). The exact type of vehicle was also published. The price was estimated at approximately 30,000 CZK (~ 1200 EUR). After several delays and sometimes without a response to e-mails and phone calls, a filming meeting was finally arranged with March, including a "call me in advance" statement. Four phone calls the day before the meeting went unanswered. So I "accidentally" drove 80 km to the company to find out: 1. the entrances to the doors and the boot lid inside are at an additional cost (over EUR 2000 at a time, although this has been announced differently in several e-mails in advance), and 2. by June they still do not have a free meeting. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone.
