Good day, I have been wondering for a long time whether it is worth commenting on this "service", but even after a long time it did not work for me. I ordered a windshield replacement with my Fabia 3 at this service. Since I have insurance with ČSOB, my question was whether they are a contractual and authorized service… the answer was that they are and will give me original glass. However, the reality was different - this service is neither an authorized nor a contracted service and I received the glass non-original. But that's not all. We verified this fact via a call from other telephone numbers and it was confirmed to us: Yes, we are an authorized and contracted service. The glass was glued to me with the proviso that the sealant got out by unprofessional gluing (they have a machine for gluing, which supposedly gives little putty, so they apply it themselves). I complained about this fact. The gentleman who came for the repair (allegedly the owner, according to the call) did not have any tools and accessories to remove from me when I came to work. He borrowed a breaking knife from our warehouse. I warned the gentleman that I didn't want it scratched. During the inspection, I then found out that the master was absolutely incompetent and damaged the entire area around the glass. I was dealing over the phone and the gentleman was just upset that this was not true, etc. This is certainly not an act adequate to any provision of services…. After a few days of giving up the solution… I put the paper to work behind the window and turned on the wipers with spraying. The paper was wet at the corner when removed (unfortunately it leaked through the window). The "liberation" for me was that a stone flew from the truck to the windshield on the highway and I had to change the glass again after about 2 months… I absolutely do not recommend Arrogant behavior Non-professional approach Never more
