So this paint shop never more !!!!

It took a while, but I'm satisfied.

About 3-4 months ago I had the car painted in Upper Foam through the service that sends cars to the paint, I have the darkest shade of black, which even in a lot of paint shops told me that it is difficult to mix properly the car was both varnished on both plastic and metal parts, nor would I know where it was and was not painted, even after a few months the paint still looks great ?

A horrible experience. Never more. I had 3 smaller parts painted on the car. I handed the car beautifully washed and clean. I got it dirty both from the outside and inside (I said I came early ... but it was after closing time). One part was not properly done, which I immediately pointed out - it is said that I do not have to deal with it right away, that I have a 2-year warranty on this part. It didn't match the rear bumper to the body, which I didn't solve, I just pointed it out. Upon arrival home, I found out that when they were dismantling the 5th door, they damaged something there and something still clinks when it was opened. That was enough, so I called that day, explained what was happening and that I would like to file a complaint. And now it has happened. The Lord began to writhe like a snake, and for a total of 4 weeks he tossed me on the calendar before I got upset and was given an appointment. I drove the car clean and ready again. I call after 5 days and they don't manage to catch up and it will take 10-14 days and I can be very happy that they took me and they say they have up to 30 days to do so as part of a complaint. I was already incredibly upset, but I tried it and hoped it would be the max of 14 days. I called after 11 days and they say they are ready. Result? Again a dirty and dusty car both from the outside and inside. Varnish repaired, but no one touched the damaged 5th door and I will have to repair it myself. And the conversation I asked for an explanation was not pleasant at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
