Nefunguje noční režim u Mašín, čtečka klíčů, kostka na dobíjení ( co jsem jim platil cca 40 tis ) ... jim voláte a oni řeší jen to své... love. Tím jsem dneska zaplatil soudní poplatek v částce cca 19500 Kč a jdeme se soudit. Zboží na prodejnu Vám dajî... ale pak za poplatek 50%. Celkově mě ta sranda bude stát peníze, ale predavací protokol je protokol. Tím jsem jim nezaplatil doplatek cca 50 tis. Teď už to nechám na soudu. Osobně velké sklamaní u téhle firmy. Overall, the fun will cost me money, but the sale protocol is a protocol. Thus, I did not pay them a supplement of about 50 thousand. I'll leave it to court now. Objednal jsem dva vysavače.Každý měl mít hadici na vylévání špinavé vody,bohužel hadice nebyla namontována dle mé objednávky. Neumím si představit, že 30 litrů vody vylévá uklízečka tak že zvedne celý vysavač. Vše jsem reklamoval, že chci vysavač s hadicí, bohužel marně. Žádná jiná nabídka mi nepřišla i po velkých slibech. Poslední dobou je komunikace velmi špatná, spíše žádná. Obchodní ředitel po více stížnostech, které jsem mu poslal dělá že hoří les a situaci nechce řešit. Celý tento akt je více než jeden a půl měsíce od objednání. Můj zákazník nemá stále objednaný vysavač a čeká. Je mi hanba i za tuto firmu. Each had to have a hose for pouring dirty water, unfortunately the hose was not mounted according to my order. I cannot imagine that 30 liters of water is poured out by a cleaning woman by lifting the whole vacuum cleaner. Everything I complained that I want a vacuum cleaner with a hose, unfortunately in vain. No other offer came to me even after great promises. Recently, communication has been very poor, but rather no. The Sales Director, after several complaints I sent him, makes the forest burn and he doesn't want to deal with the situation. The whole act is more than one and a half months from ordering. My customer still has not ordered a vacuum cleaner and is waiting. I am ashamed of this company.
