Dokonce mi nabídli montáž celého zařízení, což jsem kvitovala s povděkem, protože bych to asi jinak neodvezla a ta montáž trvala více než půl hodiny, takže kdybych měla montovat sama, trvalo by to mnohem mnohem déle. Zboží originální, kvalitní, nové absolutně bez závad. Obchod vřele doporučuji.
I bought roof racks and a roof box for pipes. Everything went OK. They even offered me to assemble the whole device, which I acknowledged with gratitude, because I probably wouldn't have taken it otherwise and the assembly took more than half an hour, so if I had to assemble it myself, it would take much much longer. Goods original, high quality, new absolutely without defects. I highly recommend the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po zakoupení vadného výrobku přes E-Shop reklamace vyřízena až po urgenci (1 týden). Perfektní domluva ohledně řešení oprávněné reklamace - výměna s doplatkem za lepší model - ale s fakturací za dopravu!! Při zakoupení balíčku s poukazem 500,-Kč na další nákup dostanete sice slibovaný poukaz, ale s omezením jen na nosiče Thule- dost nefér!!
After purchasing a defective product via the E-Shop, the complaint is settled only after urgency (1 week). Perfect agreement regarding the solution of a justified complaint - exchange with a surcharge for a better model - but with invoicing for transport !! When you buy a package with a voucher of CZK 500, you will receive the promised voucher for the next purchase, but with a restriction only to Thule- carriers, it is quite unfair !!
