★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvely servis,pristup i dostupnost. Nic nebylo problem a personal je ochoten vyjit vstric pozadavkum zakaznika. Je znat vysoka odbornost v oboru a proto se budu rada obracet na AM Jirouch i v budoucnu.
Great service, access and availability. Nothing was a problem and the personal is willing to get out of the customer's request. There is a high level of expertise in the field and I will be happy to contact AM Jirouch in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel obrovská nespokojenost s myčkou. Po předchozím úniku oleje jsem kvůli STK potřebovala omýt motor. Jak po telefonu, tak poté na místě jsem upozorňovala, že mi jde především o spodek a strany motoru, které jsou špinavé. Nic neměl být problém, jen mi měl být naúčtovaný větší poplatek. Po kontrole hořejšek motoru omytý, spodku a stran se voda ani nedotkla - jako bych na to předem dvakrát neupozorňovala. Auto jsem nechala na své náklady zvednout a nafotit a v dobrém to chtěla řešit, bohužel bez odpovědi. Zákaznický servis tedy také absolutně selhal. Z mé strany je to jen předražená podprůměrná služba, která se na povrch tváří jako prémiový servis. Kdyby šlo pár set korun, ale otření svršku motoru za necelé 2 tisíce mi přijde opravdu hodně přes čáru.

Unfortunately, huge dissatisfaction with the dishwasher. After a previous oil leak, I needed to wash the engine for MOT. Both on the phone and then on the spot, I warned that I was mainly interested in the underside and sides of the engine, which are dirty. Nothing should be a problem, I should have been charged a larger fee. After checking the tops of the engine washed, the bottom and sides did not even touch the water - as if I had not warned twice beforehand. I had the car picked up and photographed at my own expense and wanted to solve it in a good way, unfortunately without an answer. So customer service also failed absolutely. For my part, it is just an overpriced below-average service, which on the surface looks like a premium service. If it was a few hundred crowns, but wiping the top of the engine for less than 2 thousand will really come across me a lot.
Never more.
