★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechal jsem se nalákat na levnou cenu práce za výměnu motorového oleje a garanční prohlídku (stejně pak bylo naúčtováno více než bylo domluveno). Netušil jsem ovšem, že za olej zaplatím nehoráznou cenu. Drahý speciální olej jsem vůbec nežádal, stačil by obyčejný, ale po návratu jsem zjistil, že i tak byl tento konkrétní typ oleje značně (několikanásobně) předražený proti ceně v obchodě. Nakonec jsem zaplatil mnohem víc než ve značkovém servise a ani nejde uplatnit odpočet DPH - firma není plátce DPH:(
I got attracted to the cheap price of work for the exchange of engine oil and guarantee inspection (then it was charged more than agreed). But I had no idea that I would pay an outrageous price for oil. Expensive special oil I did not ask at all, would be enough, but after returning I found that even this particular type of oil was significantly (several times) overpriced against the price in the store. In the end, I paid much more than in a branded service and I can't even deduct VAT - the company is not a VAT payer :(
