Perhaps the worst company on the market. In mid-June, I began to negotiate with them to repair the air conditioning. By the end of July, they were unable to complete the repair. When they guaranteed the repair on certain days, they suddenly missed a part, so the car actually stood there unnecessarily and nothing was done with it. They knew the part they had to buy and order a week in advance. They didn't do it until the day I brought the car. I agreed with them on another date and their car mechanic (allegedly) fell ill. Ok, but they could let you know in advance, call me not to go, suggest another date - they JUST HAVE TO COMMUNICATE, but really nothing. Business and communication skills at the freezing point. When they couldn't do it anymore, they didn't even propose a discount and instead of apologizing, they started arguing. If they said at the beginning that they had the power, didn't have the time, or that they just wouldn't, it would be much better for both parties. We just quarreled like this, and I waited a month and a half in the summer to repair the ruined climate, where else would I have it within a week. So heavy poverty for me and I really do not recommend. I understand that sometimes something can go wrong and it may not work out, but their dealings with people are really appalling, mainly because of that I never intend to work with them again.

Although the service from the outside looks good, I can't confirm this. I put a car with them to repair about five different defects. After a long wait (several weeks) and constant reassurance from the owner that this is being worked on and it will be soon, I can say with certainty that the word of the owner does not mean much in this matter. When I really needed the car, I went to pick it up. The work did not have time to finish and I still paid quite a bit of money. That was not all; about three completely new defects (which were easy to prevent) appeared and I had to solve it through an additional complaint. A waste of time and money - I can't recommend.
