Ikdyž pánům Řezníčkům jejich práci nezávidím a myslím si, že si často musejí od zákazníků vyslechnout "emotivní" telefonáty, pořád se chovají velice slušně a to oceňuji ?? One of the best apartment rentals in our country. Great communication, always trying to accommodate and find a solution. Although I don't envy Mr Řezníček's work and I think they often have to hear "emotional" phone calls from customers, they still behave very politely and I appreciate that ??

Pronajímané vozy jsou takřka nové, v super stavu jak uvnitř i v exteriéru. Personál je velmi milý a ochotný, profesionálové v oboru. Vše ochotně vysvětlí, předvedou i začátečníkovi. Rádi opět využijeme služeb liberecké půjčovny. Děkujeme za super týden!? We highly recommend this rental! First we rented a apartment and we were extremely satisfied. The rented cars are almost new, in great condition both inside and outside. The staff is very nice and helpful, professionals in the field. They will gladly explain everything, they will also show it to a beginner. We will be happy to use the services of the Liberec rental shop again. Thank you for a great week!

Celá komunikace i zaškolení v obsluze vozu proběhlo v přátelském duchu. Procestovali jsme kus Evropy bez jediného problému, rád proto doporučím i ostatním. :-) I was 100% satisfied. The cars are new, clean and overall in perfect condition, I didn't miss anything in the equipment. Rental prices come to me in a price / performance ratio very good. The entire communication and training in the operation of the car took place in a friendly spirit. We have traveled a piece of Europe without a single problem, so I will be happy to recommend it to others. :-)

Obytňák jako vždy připravený na čas, jak jsme si objednali, předání s instrukcemi srozumitelné a náš výlet vydařený. Těšíme se na jaro až zase vyrazíme, protože prostě tahle firma prostě ví jak se svými zákazníky komunikovat a pečovat o ně. Even after the tourist season, AUTOPARTNER PLUS will never be idle. I přesto, že jsme jeli na konci sezóny, auto bylo čisté, téměř jako nové. Zaškolení proběhlo rychle, ale velmi efektivně. Neměli jsme sebemenší potíž a užili jsme si krásný víkend. Mohu jen doporučit. Thanks to AutoPartner PLUS, our first motorhome experience is more than great. Even though we drove at the end of the season, the car was clean, almost like new. The training was quick but very effective. We had no problem and enjoyed a beautiful weekend. I can only recommend.

Behem dovolene jsme museli resit problem s “nefungujicim” topenim, podpora ze strany firmy 100% i ve svatku! “Problem” vyresen po telefonu, byla to jen nase neznalost fungovani topeni. Vraceni auta v den statniho svatku po dohode. Opet se projevil profesionalni pristup majitele, s usmevem a s naprostou pohodou probehlo vraceni rychle a bez potizi. Doporucuji tuto firmu, pokud si chcete uzit dovolenou bez “zakempeni” na jednom miste a nemate vlastni karavan. Proste bomba! Our first experience with the "residence bus" and thanks to the company AutoPartner PLUS just positive! Borrowing and returning without any problems, willing and accommodating professionals. During the holidays we had to solve a problem with "not working" heating, support from the company 100% even at a holiday! "Problem" solved by phone, it was just our ignorance of the operation of heating. Return of the car on the day of the public holiday by arrangement. Once again, the professional approach of the owner showed, with a smile and complete comfort, the return took place quickly and without difficulty. I recommend this company if you want to enjoy a holiday without "camping" in one place and you do not have your own caravan. Free bomb!
