I'd avoid doing any business with this company. The 8 pages contract is shaped in a way that it's extremely easy for them to charge you with fees for lots of stuff which goes directly from your deposit. Upon returning the car, we were presented with 3 pages of alleged speed violations based on GPS location of an internal tracking tool they're using which cost us 5 000 Kč. Another thing you can't avoid getting out of your deposit is cleaning fee. We returned the car cleaned from the inside out and yet we had to pay another 750 Kč for the professional cleaning of the interior we haven't seen the receipt for. I believe that renting cars isn't their primary business as most of the people suggest in their reviews as well.

I have experience with international car rentals, but usually they treat me like one of many... Here, I had a feeling like they really cared about my needs, very professional and yet very personal and friendly, and literally NOTHING is a problem! And what made me write this is the QUALITY of the car! Wow! I have never gotten such a lovely car, in a perfect condition, smelled like new.. that was the experience I will always look for again.. So I really recommend this company to people who look for high quality cars and service.

It was absolute pleasure to rent with Easyrent! They arrange a car for me within 1h even thought the requested car was not available they promptly offer me another vehicle for a great price. The office staff was amazing, explained me all the information, gave an advice and took me for a test drive to make sure I am comfortable with the vehicle. They quickly answered my call during my rental period and were ready to help! The price may be slightly higher but the quality of service is outstanding. I would highly recommend Easyrent and will be coming back in near future.

Terrible, they will just take your money for nothing, I rented the car for few days and they were tracking every km of mine even I took care of the car. They pulled out half of the deposit. Cheaters!!!

Absolutely awesome!! I rented Skoda kamiq for driving with such a beautiful sunset of Prague along the river side, it was stunning! The car was completely cleaned up, never had any problem with driving, and besides they kindly gave me some good tips for touring Prague. (Spoken in english perfectly tho) Recommend here even for foreigners like me, i'd use it again for sure.

STAY AWAY! EASY RENT SCAM artists!!! This car rental con company is here to take your deposit and never return it. They love to scam TOURISTS and FOREIGNERS, because they never come back for their unreturned deposits. Also Czech customers are subject to fake costs!!! Read the REAL reviews carefully!!! Four 1 star ratings have been answered with the exact same text of one A4 page (see text from paragraph 4)! Easy rent answers negative reviews in very similar fashion like: we don’t know you, what’s your reservation number (EVEN THOUGH YOUR CONTRACT DOESN’T SHOW ANY (RESERVATION) NUMBER! Your negative review has been made by a friend etc etc!! CHECK MY PHOTO’S in this review for REFERENCE!!! Easy rent uses a very tight contract which allows them to retain your deposit very easily. Especially an extreme fee for mileage above the (day) limit. Cleaning fee of 2000 CZK for returning a clean car (even though you can read in the reviews you can get an unclean car and still be charged for cleaning). Dear Mr. …………….. (order #741), first of all we would like to thank you for your evaluation. However, we must set the things right and add a few important facts that you forgot to mention, as your presentation is somewhat twisted: 1) before signing the Rental contract you were repeatedly reminded of the necessity of obeying the traffic rules, minding the speed limits especially. So the facts are that even though you signed the contract, you disrespected it. We have zero tolerance to careless driving. We don’t see any reason why we should overlook it and thus support life threatening situations. In case the renter doesn’t respect the rules in the contract, the lessor has the right to terminate the contract - those are our rules, you knew about them, and if you did not intend to respect them, we don’t quite understand why you are so surprised about the sanctions.. You see, we have come up with sanctions only after having dealt with several hundred traffic fines that our clients received in the year 2017. In the year 2018 it was even more.. It seemed as if people assumed that with a rented car that didn’t belong to them they could break any traffic rule and it wouldn’t matter...So we firmly believed that by implementing sanctions we would discourage our clients from reckless driving. Majority of our clients understand and realize that it’s only for the good of the situation. But still, there is a small percentage that do not intend to respect neither the contract, nor the traffic rules, and drive recklessly. For those, there are clear sanctions stated in the contract. In the Czech Republic the vehicle operator (in this case our company) is responsible for every breaking of the traffic rules, and each time there is a trafic rule violation fine, we have to pay it. We get these fines sometimes with a 12 month delay, Italy sometimes sends them even as late as 18 months later... There is no reason whatsoever why we should pay fines for drivers like you - drivers that disrespect rules. You paid us for a car rental, not driving on a race track. According to our GPS summary you exceeded the speed limit more than 30 times! Try renting a car in Curych or New York, and exceed the speed limit by 90 km/h. In Switzerland they would confiscate the car, and in US you’d be put in jail straight away. Such action is considered a criminal offense. It is incredible that - considering your action - you complain publicly about being fined for things the police would take your driver’s licence from you. Instead of being humble and acknowledge that you drove recklessly, and perhaps feel ashamed of yourself, you spit at those who only try to keep things in order. I think what you wrote speaks more about you than our company - and every sane and intelligent person will see that from you wrote. 2) So, in summary: yes, we do have a long and thorough contract. Made a booking, approx 2 months in advance. Realized we had made an error and no longer needed the booking so we cancelled the booking the very next day, still 2 months before pickup. We were charged a cancellation fee of 2,400CZK. To their credit they did refund the money in good time and it is all as per the contract, but that is an extortionate amount for a cancellation fee, definitely felt like I have been ripped to be charged 2400CZK to cancel when still 2 months out

I was at first hesitant to rent from them based on other reviews but when I called and spoke with them they were very responsive and helpful so I thought I would take my chances. I am glad I decided to rent from them because it has been a great experience and especially when I had a family emergency and changed when I would be returning the car and every time I had to change the time they were happy to meet me and work with me every step of the way! So thank You again Albert for all of the messages and speaking with me on the phone as well! I will be renting from the again and I highly recommend their service and the car was great and very clean thanks again Albert!
