★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřebovala jsem nutně auto, ale neměla jsem žádné zkušenosti s jeho půjčením. Známý v práci mi doporučil Autopůjčovnu Garaxis. Podívala jsem se tedy na stránky, ceny aut mi vyhovovaly, tak jsem zvedla telefon a do autopůjčovny zavolala. Musím podotknout, že bylo celkem pozdě večer, ale paní na telefonu byla i tak moc milá. Řekla jsem jí nějaké základní údaje do smlouvy, domluvili jsme se na předání auta a bylo to.
Na domluvenou schůzku dorazila včas. Podepsaly jsme smlouvu,já zaplatila zálohu a peníze za půjčení auta a mohla jsem jet. Auto bylo hezky čistě uklizené a nádrž byla plná. Po celou dobu půjčení s autem nebyly žádné problémy.
Líbila se mi výhoda, že přistavení nebo odstavení auta je v Karlových Varech zdarma, tak jsem ji při vrácení vozidla využila. Paní na schůzku přijela opět včas, prohlédla si auto, jestli tam není něco v nepořádku (naštěstí nebylo :)), vrátila mi zálohu a bylo to vyřízeno.
Celkově bych autopůjčovnu Garaxis ohodnotila velmi kladně. Mají určitě spoustu výhod: neúčtují si najeté kilometry, přistavení a odstavení vozidla je v Karlových Varech zdarma, ceny za vypůjčení aut jsou nízké a mají moc milý personál :).
I needed a car, but I had no experience in renting it. A friend at work recommended Garaxis Car Rental. So I looked at the site, I liked the car prices, so I picked up the phone and called the car rental. I must say that it was quite late in the evening, but the lady on the phone was still so nice. I told her some basic details in the contract, we agreed to hand over the car and that was it.
She arrived on time for the appointment. We signed the contract, I paid a deposit and money to rent a car and I could go. The car was nicely clean and the tank was full. There were no problems with renting a car.
I liked the advantage that the delivery or shutdown of the car in Karlovy Vary is free, so I used it when returning the car. The lady came to the meeting again in time, inspected the car to see if there was something wrong (fortunately it was not :)), returned the deposit and it was done.
Overall, I would like to rate Garaxis very positively. They certainly have a lot of advantages: they do not charge mileage, delivery and shutdown of the car is free of charge in Karlovy Vary, car rental prices are low and have very nice staff :).
