Mohu doporučit. Dobrá cena, nebylo sice volné auto, které jsem si vybral, ale nabídli mi alternativu auta. Vůz čistý, dobrý stav.
I can recommend. Good price, it was not a free car that I chose, but they offered me an alternative car. Car clean, good condition.

Vybral som si dodávku Peugeot Boxer (2017) a odoslal žiadosť o rezerváciu. Až po úhrade zálohy za dodávku mi bolo oznámené, že bohužiaľ, vozidlo Iveco Daily, ktoré som chcel stojí nikde pri hraniciach a nebude k dispozícii. Povedal som, že som žiadal o Peugeot Boxer, nie Iveco Daily, na čo prišla blesková odpoveď, že Peugeot Boxer mal haváriu, ale majú pre mňa Iveco Daily za takú istú cenu. Tlačený časom som to akceptoval. Dodávku som si mal pôvodne prevziať o 15:00. O 10:00 mi bolo oznámené, že dodávka bude k dispozícii až o 18:00. Podľa toho som sa zariadil a urobil si program. O 14:57 mi volali, že dodávka je k dispozícii od 15:00 a môžem si po ňu prísť. Kvôli programu som mohol až od 17:00. Reálne som si dodávku prebral o 17:30. V nájomnej zmluve žiaľ ostal uvedený čas 15:00. Nebola ani možná dohoda o prešvihnutí času odovzdania o 1 hodinu. Berie sa to ako ďalší deň prenájmu. Dodávka bola Iveco Daily (2014) s nájazdom 196.000km s drobnými kozmetickými vadami, čo je ale normálne. Palubný počítač vypisoval chybu predných ľavých bŕzd s tým, že vraj "to mám ignorovať". Domnievam sa, že dodávka mala chybnú geometriu, pretože volant bol mierne vytočený doľava. Pri rýchlosti nad 70km sa volant značne triasol. Dodávka nemala diaľničnú známku CZ, hoci bola uvedená v zmluve a taktiež na stránke firmy je uvedené "Všechny nabízené dodávky i auta jsou pojištěny a disponují dálniční známkou". Keď som na to upozornil, dostal som odpoveď "A je to taký problém?". Pri jazde na diaľnici za daždivého počasia som zistil, že stierače neplnili svoju funkciu a v aute dokonca chýbala kvapalina do ostrekovačov, takže som musel na diaľnici dokúpiť predraženú, ak som chcel rozumne pokračovať v jazde. Na druhú stranu musím povedať, že stará dodávka svoj účel splnila, prepravila nábytok z bodu A do bodu B a viac som už nemal energiu riešiť, keďže som bol v časovej tiesni, no celý proces od rezervovania, cez preberanie až po následné šoférovanie bol výrazne stresujúci. Ak by som potreboval dodávku zas, tak asi skúsim inú firmu.

I said I asked for a Peugeot Boxer, not an Iveco Daily, which came with a quick response that the Peugeot Boxer had a crash, but they have the Iveco Daily for the same price. Pushed by time, I accepted it. I was supposed to take delivery at 15:00. At 10:00, I was notified that the delivery would not be available until 18:00. I arranged myself accordingly and made a program. At 2:57 pm they called me that the van is available from 15:00 and I can come for it. Because of the program, I could only start at 17:00. I actually picked up the van at 17:30. Unfortunately, the lease term remained at 15:00. Nor was there a possible agreement to miss the transfer time by 1 hour. It is taken as the next day of rental. Delivery was Iveco Daily (2014) to 196,000 kilometers invasions with minor cosmetic defects, but that is normal. Trip computer error dump front left-hand brakes that said "I ignore it." I believe that the van had a faulty geometry because the steering wheel was slightly pissed left. At speeds above 70 km, the steering wheel trembled considerably. The van did not have a CZ motorway sign, although it was mentioned in the contract and the company website also states "All offered vans and cars are insured and have a vignette". When I pointed out this, I got the answer "And is it such a problem?" While driving on the highway in rainy weather, I found out that the windscreen wipers were not performing their function and even the car lacked washer fluid, so I had to buy an overpriced on the highway if I wanted to continue driving reasonably. On the other hand, I have to say that the old van fulfilled its purpose, transported furniture from point A to point B and I no longer had the energy to deal with as I was in time constraint, but the whole process from booking to picking to driving stressful. If I need a delivery again, I will probably try another company.
