K	Kuba Marks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji.. auto mi přivezl frajer o cca 6hodin později, zavolat a omluvit se za nepatrné zpoždění ho ani nenapadlo. V autě dojezd cca 30km, se slovy ono to Esko dost žere, jeďte rovnou na benzinku. Navíc evidentně počítal s tím, že ho ještě povezu někam na bus. (To se přepočítal) V autě komplet nefunkční asistenti (adaptabilní tempomat, parkovací asistent,...) Pozitivní, že bylo auto čisté a jezdilo bez potíží.. další nemilé překvápko byly omezené kilometry ve smlouvě, (navzdory tomu, že sem se na to ptal v emailové komunikaci před zapůjčením) což se nakonec po telefonatu vyřešilo a frajer mi tam napsal kolik sem chtěl.. nicméně již je to 5mesicu a po mnoha urgencích mi dnes přišla první část vratné kauce a to 3tisice z 20...(btw já sem ji samozřejmě platil najednou) Nevím jestli se mám smát nebo se vztekat.. každopádně už nikdy víc.. The car has a range of about 30 km, with the words that Esko eats it enough, go straight to the gas station. In addition, he evidently expected to take him somewhere on the bus. (This was recalculated) A set of non-functional assistants in the car (adaptive cruise control, parking assistant, ...) Positive that the car was clean and drove without problems .. another unpleasant surprise was the limited kilometers in the contract (despite the fact that I asked about it in email communication before renting) which was finally resolved after the phone call and my dude wrote me how many here he wanted.. however, it's already 5 months and after many emergencies I received the first part of the refundable deposit today, 3 thousand out of 20 ... (btw I paid it here at once) of course I don't know if I should laugh or get angry .. anyway never again ..
R	Roman Fazika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Určitě nedoporucuji auto špinavé smradlave ,,koupil jsem jim tam voňavý stromeček" a co je nejhorší pozor nevraceji zálohy,mě po několika urgenci a předžalobní výzvou po pul roce vrátili jen půlku Tak všude kde muzu je nedoporučuji I certainly do not recommend the car smelly stinking, "I bought them a fragrant tree" and what is worst of all, I do not return the deposit, after a few urgencies and a pre-litigation call returned me after half a year So everywhere I can, I don't recommend them
M	Martin Mojzis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor, firma nevraci zalohy a jen se vymlouva na nemoc a vec stale odklada. Dluzi nas firme penize a evidentne nejsme sami. Je to spina a podvodnici. Be careful, the company does not return the deposit and just makes excuses for the illness and keeps postponing the matter. The company owes us money and we are obviously not alone. It's a spina and a cheater.
K	Katja Fajfr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji!!! Kromě toho, že auto bylo přistaveno za tmy (že má urvaný blatník jsme si nakonec stejně všimli), bylo bez benzínu a zelené karty! A klasika - "vratná kauce" - auto půjčené v srpnu 2021, kauce nevrácená dodnes... Definitely not recommended !!! Apart from the fact that the car was parked in the dark (that it had a torn fender, we finally noticed anyway), it was without petrol and a green card! And a classic - "refundable deposit" - a car rented in August 2021, the deposit is not returned to this day ...
V	Viera Šepsová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od Travelcar měla naše společnost půjčené 8-místné vozidlo v 11/2021, zaplatili jsme kauci 10.000,- a do dnešního dne 11.4.2022 máme z kauce vráceno 2.600,- Kč. Auto, které jsme měli půjčené mělo závady. Prosím tuto službu nevyužívejte, jsou nesolidní. Our company borrowed an 8-seater vehicle from Travelcar in 11/2021, we paid a deposit of 10,000, - and until today, April 11, 2022, we have returned 2,600 CZK from the deposit. The car we rented had defects. Please do not use this service, they are non-solid.
T	Tomáš Vrbka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto půjčeno v léte 2021. Nové hezké čisté. Nové gumy ale asi čína. Hodně klouzaly na mokru. To nejlepší je ale záloha 10tis. Téměř po roce vráceno jen 1500,- p. Terezou Kušnírovou bez vědomí nadřízené (asi omylem) :D. Nerozumím jak je možné že firma TravelCar / Drelante s.r.o. takhle funguje dlouhodobě. Car rented in the summer of 2021. New nice clean. But the new tires are probably China. They slid a lot in the wet. But the best is a deposit of 10 thousand. Almost a year later, only 1500, - Mrs. Tereza Kušnírová returned without the knowledge of her superior (probably by mistake): D. I do not understand how it is possible that TravelCar / Drelante s.r.o. this is how it works for a long time.
