R	Robert Vaněk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám srovnání s Mercedesem sice jen z Hošek motor z Brna a jinými značkovými servisy jiných značek, ale oproti tomu již zmiňovanému toto je TOP, rozdíl ne 100, ale 1000% Jen tak dál dámy a pánové, super přístup a práce! I have a comparison with Mercedes only from Hošek engine from Brno and other branded services of other brands, but in contrast to the already mentioned this is TOP, the difference is not 100, but 1000% Keep it up ladies and gentlemen, great approach and work!
k	katarina pastirikova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chcem sa veľmi pekne poďakovať aj keď už je to asi dva roky, čo sa nám na ceste z Anglicka na Slovensko pokazilo auto a zišli sme do Mercedesu v Jihlave aby zistili aký máme problém. Dodnes spomínam na ten ľudský prístup a ochotu. Dnes je už výnimočne natrafiť na ľudí ktorý sa snažia pomôcť zo všetkých síl, hlavne keď vidia,že ste v zúfalej situácii. Dlhšiu dobu chcem napísať a pochváliť ľudský prístup a ochotu ktorú nám preukázali všetci ktorý tam vtedy boli aj keď si už nepamätám mená. Vtedy sme mali problém so senzorom výfukových plynov a páni nám dohodli výmenu v Zlíne. Ale keďže auto šlo v núdzovom režime tak to bolo troška riskantné ísť toľko kilometrov až do Zlína ale jeden pán sa ponúkol a šiel za nami pomaličky až po Brno. Ešte raz sa chcem veľmi pekne poďakovať, nemyslím si, že si to ešte niekto pamätá ale my na to určite nezabudneme. I want to thank you very much, even though it's been about two years since our car broke down on the way from England to Slovakia and we went to Mercedes in Jihlava to find out what our problem is. To this day, I remember that human approach and willingness. Today, it is exceptionally difficult to meet people who are trying to help with all their might, especially when they see that you are in a desperate situation. For a long time I want to write and praise the human approach and willingness shown to us by everyone who was there at the time, even though I no longer remember the names. At that time we had a problem with the exhaust gas sensor and the gentlemen arranged an exchange for us in Zlín. But since the car was in emergency mode, it was a bit risky to go so many kilometers to Zlín, but one gentleman offered to follow us slowly to Brno. Once again, I want to thank you very much, I don't think anyone remembers it yet, but we will definitely not forget it.

Pan Jan Zeman pokaždé dodrží, co slíbí, podává technicky přesné informace a celkově je komunikace ohledně opravy vždycky bezvadná. Mohu srovnávat s úrovní servisů MB ve Velké Británii - vlastně nemůžu, nedá se to srovnat. Angličani by do Jihlavy měli jezdit na exkurze. I have been here for service three times and I am always very satisfied. Mr. Jan Zeman always keeps his promises, provides technically accurate information, and overall, communication about the repair is always perfect. I can compare it with the level of MB services in the UK - in fact, I can't, it can't be compared. The English should go on excursions to Jihlava.
