Cena asi 2 000,- a do 2dnů mělo být opraveno. Po zásahu servisu do vozidla bylo 2 měsíce nepojízdné. Chtěl jsem si vozidlo odebrat ve stavu v jakém jsem jim ho předal a využít jiný servis, bylo mi zděleno že to nelze nedoť vozidlo je nepojízdné. Konečná čáska 32 000,- po převzetí vozidla nefunkční tempomat. Po ujetí asi 300km porucha stejná. Taže jsem zaplatil jenom za zničení tempomatu. Vozidlo opraveno v neautorizovaném servisu za 1.den cena 4000,-. Mechanik po převzetí klíčů od vozidla nedal řádný ochranný potah na sedadlo a ani na volant, pouze kousek mikrotenu pod 50% zadku a nastoupil do auta ve špinavých monterkách. Toto mě osobně vytočilo, proto nedoporučuji vozidlo dávat do tohoto servisu bez potahu sedadel. Jinak ochota technika řešit problém dobrý, ale stejně po garanční prohlídce špatná svítivost světel, před garanční prohlídkou výborná svítivost. Doporučeno technikem výměna žárovek. M	Magdalena Nováková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ráda bych se dozvěděla, zda když udělá autorizovaný servis nějakou chybu, kterou nepřizná, zda se Škoda auto postaví za uživatele vozidla nebo servis a bude problém řešit. Zda bude ochota na obou stranách řešit problém a řešit jej k nějakému zdárnému konci. Vydělávající autorizovaný dealer a servis berou některé zákazníky na paškál a vlastní chybu nepřizná a v konečném důsledku nechá svou vlastní chybu zaplatit zákazníka.
