★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Predajňu som využil vo veci reklamácie detskej autosedačky Recaro. Stretol som sa s nevídanou ochotou a nasadením riešiť problém, kombinovaný s vynikajúcou a vecnou komunikáciou, prakticky obratom som dostával odpovede na moje dotazy do mailu. Pri osobnej návšteve som bol ohúrený veľmi milou slečnou, ktorá by mohla byť príkladom iným predávajúcim/asistentom so svojou profesionalitou a milým zákazníckym prístupom. Z Prahy to je poriadny kus, ale čokoľvek by som v budúcnosti potreboval pre svoje dieťa, silne by som zvažoval využiť služieb tohto zariadenia. Oba palce hore ??

I met with unprecedented willingness and commitment to solve the problem, combined with excellent and factual communication, practically in turn I received answers to my questions by e-mail. During my personal visit, I was overwhelmed by a very nice lady who could be an example of another seller / assistant with her professionalism and nice customer approach. From Prague it is a good piece, but whatever I would need in the future for my child, I would strongly consider using the services of this facility. Both thumbs up ??
