Za necelu pol hodinovu vymenu oleje v motore si za praci vzal 800kč. Jednou sem se zapomnel zeptat kolik to bude stat a hned tohle. Does not inform in advance about the price. Tady platím vždy jen to, co je potřeba opravdu vyměnit a vždy se mě ptají dopředu na to, co se vyměnit má. Drahé auto nemám a ani žádný vrak a na cenu opravy si stěžovat, jen co mě bolí je parkování a že to je z ruky. Odevzdáno auto na výměnu oleje plus explicitně vyžádána výměna akumulátoru na radu technika, se kterým jsem den před tím ojeté auto kupoval, rozpočet asi 3.000,- Druhý den telefonát, že jestli mají vyměnit i tlumiče, že by to bylo 11.000 navíc, tedy 30.000 celkem. Zamítnuto, auto jsem si okamžitě vyzvedl a zaplatil skoro 20.000 i přes to, že byly provedeny vesměs nevyžádané opravy. Světe div se, akumulátor vyměněn nebyl s tím, že byl otestován a jeví se OK. Za několik málo týdnů zůstalo auto stát v křižovatce a odmítalo startovat. Byl nutný odtah a bohužel nejbližší servis ochotný okamžitě přijet byl opět H+R. Technik na místě konstatoval něco ve smyslu, že ten akumulátor je na první pohled za svou životností, a nechápe kde servisujem auto, že to dávno nevyměnili. To je přesně ten moment, kdy se musíte pekelně kontrolovat, abyste zabránili fyzické inzultaci.. Ceny platí, jak Vám řeknou, nevymýšlí nadpráce a podobně. Já odjížděla spokojená a určitě se na ně zase obrátím, když bude třeba. Don't expect a "luxurious environment", rather a lot of work and use.
