★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chcem upozorniť pred využitím služieb tohoto servisu. Moja skúsenosť - kontrolka a problém, s ktorým som pôvodne prišiel, sa mi vrátil po asi 150 km - za neúspešnú opravu som zaplatil 8500 Kč. Za materiál - 2 sondy, ktoré bolo podľa slov majiteľa nutné vymeniť, som zaplatil 2800 a 2700 Kč - úplne identické sondy internete stoja každá +/- 1800 Kč. V prípade, že by oprava bola úspešná, by mi samozrejme týchto 1900 Kč navyše nerobilo problém, oprava však nebola úspešná. Pri mojej žiadosti o nápravu a reklamáciu mi páni oznámili že budem musieť meniť ďalší, drahý diel, za čo im budem znovu musieť zaplatiť. Toto som samozrejme odmietol. Či už išlo o ich neschopnosť pri identifikácii problému, alebo tu bol nejaký iný dôvod - tento servis nikomu neodporúčam.

I paid 2800 and 2700 CZK for material - 2 probes, which according to the owner's words needed to be replaced - absolutely identical internet probes cost each +/- 1800 CZK. Of course, if the repair was successful, I would of course not have made the CZK 1900 problem a problem, but the repair was not successful. In my request for remedy and complaint, the Lords have informed me that I will have to change another, expensive work, for which I will have to pay them again. Of course, I refused this. Whether it was their inability to identify the problem, or there was some other reason - I do not recommend this service to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevim kdo nebo jak prevzal tento servis, ale nevim, jestli jej vede pan Cerny. Na doporuceni rodinneho prislusnika jsem sem zavital s problemem s klimou, kde jsem potreboval najit a opravit unik. Objednani 14 dopredu (kvuli navalu), tak jsem cekal, ze na objednany den maji rezervovny cas a budou na mem aute pracovat. Auto jsem pristavil v pondeli rano. Odpoledne ve 4 jsem si musel volat a zjistit plno vymluv a vlastne s autem nic nedelali a ze budou az druhy den. Druhy den vzali auto nekam na test uniku dusikem. Nasli unik pres hadici a vymena muze byt az 4-5 tisic, nicmene se musi objednat. Auto jsem treti den uz potreboval, takze jsem si jej vzal s tim, ze mi dil objednaji a daji vedet vsechno doresime. Nicmene se tyden neozvali. Nehodlam podporovat business, kde neumi s klienty komunikovat a ani resit poradne problem. Po tydnu jsem se objednal do autorizovaneho servisu Famko. Na objednanou hodinu jsem dojel, hned na aute zacali delat. S hruzou zjistili, ze v klimatizaci je natlaceno 32 baru nejakeho plynu a malem jim to znicilo odsavacku plniva. Nicmene stacilo klimatizaci naplnit s barvivem a druhy den rano overit, ze neunika. Auto jsem si hned druhy den vyzvednul, cena opravy 1100 a funguje uz nekolik mesicu. Jeste jsem se stavil na bezplatnou kontrolu uniku po mesici.

On the recommendation of a family member I came here with a climate problem where I needed to find and repair the escape. Ordering 14 in advance (because of the surge), so I expected that the booked day had a reservation time and will work on my car. I put the car on Monday morning. In the afternoon at 4 I had to make a call and find out a lot of excuses and actually did nothing with the car and that they will and from the second day. The next day they took the car somewhere to test the nitrogen leak. They found a leak through the hose and the replacement can be up to 4-5 thousand, but must be ordered. I needed the car the third day, so I took it with the order that I order and let me know everything doresime. However, they did not answer for a week. I am not going to support a business where I can not communicate with clients or solve an advisory problem. After a week I ordered an authorized Famko service. I arrived for the hour I ordered, and they started to work on the car. They found out that 32 bar of some gas were being pushed in the air conditioner, and it was a small blow to the filler hood. However, it was enough to fill the air conditioner with dye and the other morning to verify that leaked. I picked up the car the next day, the price of repair 1100 and has been working for several months. I was betting on a free leak check after a month.
