★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nevyhovující. Špatná domluva s mechaniky, neschopni naplánování a rozvržení prací (5x mi bylo řečeno zítra budu vědět). Nevyhovující diagnostika i vypořádání se s problémem. Auto mi bylo vráceno prakticky v původním stavu téměř po dvou týdnech a to si nechali za práci a součástky zaplatit nemalou částku s tvrzením, že udělali maximum a pro vyřešení problému je potřeba speciální technika. Auto mi nakonec bylo opraveno v místě mého bydliště za zlomkovou cenu bez potřeby speciální techniky s tím, že to byla vlastně banalita.
Absolutely unsatisfactory. Bad agreement with mechanics, unable to plan and schedule work (5 times I was told tomorrow I will know). Inadequate diagnostics and dealing with the problem. The car was returned to me in practically its original condition after almost two weeks, and they had a considerable amount paid for the work and parts, claiming that they had done their best and that a special technique was needed to solve the problem. In the end, my car was repaired in my place of residence for a fraction of the price without the need for special equipment, with the proviso that it was actually a banality.
