Tady jsou velice příjemní k zákazníkovi - ochotně vše vysvětlí ohledně servisu a s opravami jsem za 2 roky co tu jezdím neměl problém. At other car repair shops, I've always figured out that I'm actually bothering them from work. Here they are very pleasant to the customer - they will gladly explain everything about the service and I haven't had a problem with repairs in the 2 years I've been driving here.
D	Daniel Tatár (Danyo) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riešil som únik chladiacej kvapaliny. V tomto servise diagnostikovali prekúsanú hadičku chladiaceho okruhu, zrejme od kuny. Objednali ju a vymenili. Druhá hadička, ktorú tiež objednali vraj rovnako tiekla, ale povedali, že ju pootočili a mala by držať. Jej výmena by vraj vyžadovala demontáž nárazníku a teda by bola drahá. Za výmenu tej jednej hadičky som zaplatil 3 litre bez dokladu. Po "oprave" som však vodu musel do chladiča dolievať omnoho častejšie ako predtým, po mesiaci to už bolo neudržateľné, skoro 0.5 litra za týždeň. Frydex v Kauflande som snáď vykupoval len ja. Objednal som sa preto do značkového servisu kde ihneď po sundaní krytu podvozku zistili, že chladič je tesne pred citujem "rozpadnutím", spodné lamely sú vylámané a tečie z neho ako z vodníka. Objednali nový a vymenili ho, odvtedy mám pokoj. Zhrnutie : páni sú milý, ale k riešeniu závady to bohužiaľ nestačilo. Chybne diagnostikovali hlavnú príčinu úniku, ktorá bol podľa značkového servisu zjavná na prvý pohľad. Moja skúsenosť bola bohužiaľ negatívna a servis doporučiť nemôžem. I was dealing with a coolant leak. At this service, they diagnosed a bitten cooling circuit hose, apparently from a marten. They ordered it and exchanged it. The second hose, which they also ordered, reportedly flowed as well, but they said they turned it around and it should hold. Replacing it would supposedly require disassembly of the bumper and would therefore be expensive. I paid 3 liters without a document to replace that one hose. After the "repair", however, I had to add water to the cooler much more often than before, after a month it was unsustainable, almost 0.5 liters per week. Frydex in Kaufland was probably bought only by me. Therefore, I ordered a branded service where immediately after removing the chassis cover, they found out that the radiator is just before I quote "disintegration", the lower lamellas are broken and flow from it like a waterman. They ordered a new one and replaced it, I've had peace ever since. Summary: Gentlemen are nice, but unfortunately that was not enough to solve the problem. They misdiagnosed the main cause of the leak, which according to the brand service was obvious at first glance. Unfortunately, my experience was negative and I cannot recommend the service.
