T	Tommy Freedom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Volal jsem dopředu, jestli můžu přijet kvůli problému s topením. Auto dovezu v úterý (možná ve středu, přesně nevím), mechanik říká, že se na to podívají a asi do konce týdne bude hotovo. Pátek nic. Další týden nic, žádná komunikace. Volám, ještě to nemají. Čekám dál. Výsledek? Komunikace servisu 0 vždy sem volal já, problém vyřešen tak na 20% (v jiným servisu to borec měl za dvě hodiny hotový). Auto stálo venku, ve stavu, že sem mohl jet rovnou do myčky (aspoň km seděly). Cena "opravy" nic moc, ale nebylo to nejhorší. Ať hledám, jak hledám, bohužel nemohu najít nic pozitivního, bohužel I do not recommend. I called ahead if I could come because of a heating problem. I'll drive the car on Tuesday (maybe Wednesday, I don't know), the mechanic says they'll look at it and be done by the end of the week. Friday nothing. Next week nothing, no communication. I'm calling, they don't have it yet. I'm waiting. Result? Service 0 communication always called me, the problem was solved to 20% (in another service the guy was done in two hours). The car stood outside, in a state that I could go straight to the dishwasher (at least km away). The price of "repair" nothing much, but it was not the worst. Whatever I'm looking for, I can't find anything positive, unfortunately
V	Vojta Rysanek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recenze snad nikdy nepíšu, ale tento servis si to fakt zaslouží. Potřeboval jsem narychlo zjistit jestli zvuk co vychází od kola je vážný. Ještě stejný den jsem dojel do servisu, mechanik hodil auto na zvedák a během chvíle jsme měli vytipovanou příčinu. Další týden jsem auto dovezl a do dvou dnů bylo opravené, umyté a vysáté jako snad nikdy. Lidé z servisu velice příjemní a vstřícní. Fakt bomba - díky! I may never write a review, but this service really deserves it. I needed to find out quickly if the sound coming from the bike was serious. The same day I arrived at the service station, the mechanic threw the car on the jack and in a while we had a identified cause. The next week I brought the car and within two days it was repaired, washed and vacuumed like never before. People from the service very nice and helpful. Real bomb - thanks!

Pan mi za 3 dny volá, kdy se mělo předávat auto, že ještě vyměnění tyčky stabilizátoru na obou stranách, protože na podvozku vozu stále něco klepe. Zaplatil jsem 5000 Kč a po 30 km stejný problém, se kterým jsem jim vůz dával. Tak jsem zajel do jiného servisu, kde zjistili protrhlou manžetu i na levé straně a hlavně velkou vůli v kole.. problém byl v axiální tyči za 300 Kč. Neni možné si nevšimnout protrhle manžety, ze které vytéká vazelína a hlavně té velké vůle. Podle slov pána z druhého servisu, musel me auto "opravovat" slepec nebo de* The right-hand sleeve and hinge are replaced. Mr. calls me in 3 days, when it was supposed to hand over the car, that still replaced the stabilizer rod on both sides, because on the chassis of the car still knocks something. I paid 5000 CZK and after 30 km the same problem I gave them the car. So I went to another service, where they found a ruptured cuff even on the left side and mainly a large clearance in the wheel .. the problem was in the axial rod for 300 CZK. Komunikace tragicka, domluvne terminy neplati, vyvolavat dotazovat se musi clovek... auto tam stalo jednou mesice (doslova). Lhani v mnoha pripadech, me i pojistovne. Co horsi, ojebane opravy (deformacni dil pod naraznik za par korun se vubec neosadi, prehozeny srouby na vodni pumpe takze do slepe diry narvali ten delsi a ohly ho apod.), kradeze dilu... Rozvazeni jinych zakazniku vasim autem... takze tak. Treba se po 5ti letech neco zmenilo, ale osobne uz nikdy. Older experience x years ago, but it doesn't change the tragedy. Communication is tragic, appointments do not apply, you have to ask people to ask ... the car happened there once a month (literally). They lie in many cases, so do insurance companies. What's worse, fucking repairs (the deformation part under the bumper for a few crowns does not fit at all, the screws on the water pump have been thrown into the blind hole so that the longer one bends and bends it, etc.), steals the part ... Disposal of other customers by your car ... so so. Maybe something has changed after 5 years, but never again.
