Primárně jsem původně přijel kvůli emisím a technické, neb všude bylo plno, přišlo mi to fajn, mám to blízko a do telefonu ba i přívětivé jednání. Vše zezačátku ok, příjemný přístup, auto jsme zkoukli. Vzápětí jsem dostal nabídku na garanční prohlídku před technickou vč. technické a výměny oleje....dohromady cca 12 k... což není málo, domluvili jsme se tedy na nejnutnějším, za cca 8 k. Říkal jsem si, chlapíci jsou poctivý, tak proč ne...podepsal jsem, auto jsem zanechal a odešel. Za chvilku volá technik, že auto nic moc, že to někdo zfušoval a hrůza běs a že by bylo fajn do toho zainvestovat a že takhle to teda technickou ani omylem neprojde, že by ho doslova vykopli, že prý pošle kalkulaci. Byl jsem z toho dost špatnej, protože auto nebylo moje, pořizovalo se pro prarodiče před dvěma lety a stálo 90% času v garáži (Fabia II 2008, dovezená původně z Německa).... Kalkulace nikde a protože to mám kousek, vyrazil jsem pěšky. Bylo mi popsáno, jak je auto prakticky nepojízdné, havarijní a že pomalu když odjedu tak jistě vybouchnu a vezmu s sebou půlku Prahy, následovala tedy nabídka, že mi to opraví za 29 000 Kč + 8 000 Kč technická a předchozí dohodnuté procedury (výčet: samotná technická, filtry, olej, prý špatné zadní brzdy, silent blok, střední díl výfuku prý od někoho totálně zfušovaný a ba dokonce netěsnost motoru...) Celkem tedy krásných 37 000 Kč. Cena byla úplně mimo mou jakoukoliv představu a rozpočet... auto jsem si tedy vzal, dal 1 500 Kč za diagnostiku a odjel... nedalo mi to a sehnal číslo na automechanika, s kterým spolupracovali kolegové... a světe div se.. auto má hotovou technickou, u brzd prý museli trochu přimhouřit oči... ovšem vyšlo to celkem na částku o celou 0 menší, tedy 4 000 Kč... ... Takže ač byl počáteční přístup relativně pěkný, vývoj mě přesvědčil o tom, že vůbec nešlo o to, aby auto udělalo technickou, ale o to, aby se našlo co nejvíce závad, za které je potřeba pořádně zaplatit...

I thought, guys are honest, so why not ... I signed, I am a car he left and left. After a while, the technician calls that the car is not too much, that someone messed it up and the horror of rage, and that it would be nice to invest in it, and that it would not be technical or mistaken, that they would literally kick him, that he would send a calculation. I was pretty bad because it wasn't mine, it was made for grandparents two years ago and cost 90% of the time in the garage (Fabia II 2008, originally imported from Germany) .... Calculations nowhere and because I have a piece, I set off on foot. I was described how practically immobile the car is, and that when I leave I will certainly explode and take half of Prague with me, so there was an offer to repair it for 29,000 CZK + 8,000 CZK, technical and previously agreed procedures (list: technical itself, filters, oil, supposedly bad rear brakes, silent block, the middle part of the exhaust is said to be totally frayed from someone and even a leak in the engine ...) So a total of beautiful 37,000 CZK. The price was completely beyond my imagination and budget ... so I took the car, gave 1,500 CZK for diagnostics and left ... I didn't give it up and got a number for a car mechanic, with whom my colleagues worked ... and wonder of the world. . ... So even though the initial approach was relatively nice, the development convinced me that it was not at all a matter of making the car technical, but of finding as many defects as possible, for which it is necessary to pay properly ...

Dobrý den. Včera mi jak se říká „klekla“ baterka v mém autě a tím jsem se dostal do prekérní situace, protože v pondělí jedu do zahraničí. Po několika nezdařených hovorech jsem se dovolal do Vašeho autoservisu ve Strašnicích. Zde mi přijímaci technik s velkou ochotou vyšel vstříc a slibil mi, že ačkoliv nemá dotyčnou autobaterii skladem, objedná ji a v sobotu bude pro mne připravená. A dnes skutečně připravená byla! Technik se zachoval jako naprostý profesionál, který velmi dobře reprezentuje Vaši firmu ve styku se zákazníky. I used this company last year to service my 2009 Audi A4. As I drove off the premises I decided to check the level of the oil using the onboard computer. The oil was only halfway so I called them and they kindly asked me to return so they can top it up to max. That was great. This year I decided to contact them for a quote for a timing belt change in my 2010 Jaguar XF 3.0 diesel. I was quoted 80,000 czk without they even asking for details about the car (year of manufacture etc). So I decided to follow up with an email to confirm what the quote covered and mentioned to them their price was 40,000czk higher than what the Jaguar dealership had quoted me. They refused to mention whether theirs covered a bit more than the main dealer. I suspect it was their way of telling me they didn't want to work on my car. Next time I would like to see a bit more interest in the car specification before quoting such an unrealistic price.

Very nice service for multiple car brands. At this moment they offered the best and cheap service for my car. The tram number 22 stop just in front of their office in Strážnice, very comfortable. I highly recommend them for your problems.

Beware they don't speak English at the garage, you will speak with a translator on the phone. We use their services for towing and fixing our car that had a problem of stuck gears. The very expensive work was done unprofessionally. It appeared to me as shady service: No updates on the status of the fix, no mention or help on understanding of what the problem really was, invoice with luck of information about a minimum warranty but very precise on the high expenses. At the time of the work the road in front of the garage was under maintenance - difficult to access/leave the place.
