★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatný přístup. Ani na 2x nebyli schopni vyměnit olej a olejový filtr. Místo toho mi z nepochopitelných důvodů vyměnili vzduchový filtr a sundali mi zadní kola. Ačkoliv měli můj telefon ani jednou mi nezavolali, že je nějaký problém. Nechal jsem olej vyměnit jinde a ten den bylo vše jak má a o 1200,- levněji. Autoservis nedoporučuji!
Very bad attitude. They were not able to change the oil and oil filter even twice. Instead, for incomprehensible reasons, they replaced my air filter and removed my rear wheels. Although they had my phone, they never called me that there was a problem. I had the oil changed elsewhere and that day everything was as it should be and 1200, - cheaper. I do not recommend car service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechal jsem si zde udělat celolak na veterána. 1) čekal jsem na vůz dva roky! 2) Cena 65 000,-kč! (dejme tomu velké auto). 3) Ztráta dílů z auta v hodnotě 20 tisíc korun! 4)Komunikace šílená až druhé upozornění se mi někdo ozval a přesto vše nulová snaha najít díly, které ztratili. Pokud můžete najdete jiný servis!
I got a veteran's celolak here. 1) I've been waiting for the car for two years! 2) Price 65 000, -CZK! (say a big car). 3) Loss of car parts worth 20 thousand crowns! 4) Communication crazy to the second warning someone told me, and yet all the effort to find the parts they lost. If you can find another service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zpočátku (ani ne rok) tento slušný servis se nyní těžce zvrtl. Při převzetí vozu neinformují o příplatku za dovezené vlastní díly (olej a filtr), aby při vystavení faktury jste se dověděl, že jste tedy za tyto díly pokutován. Servisu se již napříště vyhnu velkým obloukem, nikdy tam již nevkročím, neboť to není jediný servis na světě.
Initially (not even a year) this decent service has now turned badly. When taking over the car, they do not inform about the surcharge for imported own parts (oil and filter), so that when issuing the invoice you find out that you are therefore fined for these parts. In the future, I will avoid service with a big arc, I will never go there again, because it is not the only service in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatné odvedení práce. Doba dodání opravy přesáhla o tři týdny domluvenou dobu. Po několika týdnech musela být oprava reklamována. Reklamace autoopravna neuznává. Nedoporučuji tento autoservis v žádném případě.
Very poor workmanship. The delivery time of the repair exceeded the agreed time by three weeks. After a few weeks, the repair had to be claimed. The car repair shop does not acknowledge the complaint. I do not recommend this car service in any way.
