V posledním/prvnim týdnu roku byl jediny servis v Horicich, ktery přijal vůz k opravě a opravil auto tak, abychom mohli dojet z dovolené domu do Brna vlastním vozem. Děkujeme!! ? Těsnění u hlavy po opravě vůbec netěsní, všude teče olej, dokonce zapomněli dát vcelku podstatný šroub a doba opravy trvala z původních 10 dnů jeden měsíc. Cena opravy neskutečná. Auto jsme musely dát k jinému servisu, kde nám potvrdili, že práce byla velmi neodborně provedena, spíše nám to ještě více poničili. Takže se to muselo znovu celé předělat a tudíž za 22 tisíc korun nám neopravili nic. Za mne tedy bohužel nejhorší servis, který jsme kdy zažili. Třeba jsme výjimka, ale se službou jsme natolik nespokojení, že jsme napsali recenzi. Absolute dissatisfaction and unprofessional approach. The car was repaired unprofessionally. The seal at the head does not seal at all after the repair, oil flows everywhere, they even forgot to put a fairly substantial screw and the repair time from the original 10 days lasted one month. The price of the repair is unreal. We had to take the car to another service center, where they confirmed that the work had been done very unprofessionally, but rather damaged it even more. So the whole thing had to be redone again, so for 22 thousand crowns they didn't fix anything for us. So for me, unfortunately, the worst service we have ever experienced. We may be an exception, but we are so dissatisfied with the service that we wrote a review.

Ale cena 7 000 Kč za přehození dvou (vlastních) gum, udělání geometrie a výměnu čepů předních kol je extrémní. Původně to mělo být dokonce 7 400 Kč,ale pán mi po telefonu sdělil 7k a víc jsem u sebe neměla,tak mi 400 Kč "odpustil". Dívala jsem se, kolik tyto opravy běžně stojí a vyšlo maximálně 4 000 Kč (přehození gum 500, geometrie 1500, čepy předních kol max 2000). Podotýkám,že se jedná o obyčejnou jedničkovou Fabii. Nevím tedy,kde vzali takto extrémní cenu. Faktura byla napsána ručně a bez rozepsání cen - taky divný. Peníze jsem dala,podotkla,že mi to přijde moc a odešla, hádat se s nikým nebudu. Nepíšu běžně negativní recenze,ale tohle mě fakt natáhlo. Doslova... Communication okay, waiting for the car almost 3 days too ok. But the price of CZK 7,000 for changing two (own) tires, making geometry and replacing the front wheel pins is extreme. Originally it was supposed to be even CZK 7,400, but the master told me 7k on the phone and I didn't have more with me, so he "forgave" me for CZK 400. I watched how much these repairs normally cost and cost a maximum of CZK 4,000 (rubber reversals 500, geometry 1500, front wheel studs max 2000). I note that this is an ordinary number one Fabia. So I don't know where they got such an extreme price. The invoice was written by hand and without a breakdown of prices - also strange. I gave the money, she remarked that it would cost me a lot, and she left, I wouldn't argue with anyone. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this really stretched me. Literally ...
