When I said that it is a brand BMW immediately wrote me that they do not go anywhere else. So let them post what brands they repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po předchozí domluvě jsme dorazily do autoservisu, ačkoliv byl pán předem vyrozumeň o vadách na autě a kývnul nám na daný problém, tak dnes jsem choval arogantně a znechuceně, že jsme si vúbec dovolily tam přijet... Když se nás pán znovu zeptal na závady, tak sám zpochybní to, co nám řekl naposled a potom už jenom dál pokračoval ve svých arogantních slovech.
By prior arrangement, we arrived at the car repair shop, although the master was notified in advance of the car defects and nodded at the problem, so today I was arrogant and disgusted that we allowed ourselves to come there at all ... When the master asked us again about the defects , so he would question what he had told us last time, and then he would just continue his arrogant words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výměna ramen v tomto servisu ? Už nikdy , zřejmě byla použita nějaká stará do půl roku jsem je musel znovu vyměnit , v novém servisu se chytali za hlavu co je to za i....a ,že by mu měli servis zavřít a jeho taky za veřejné ohrožení a podvod.
Shoulder change at this service? Never again, apparently an old one within half a year was used, I had to replace them again, in the new service they held their heads for what it was like .... and that they should close the service to him and his also for public danger and fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. We had there Octavia TDI-PD for injectors service. Injector were supposedly sent for testing and rebuilding. The whole bill was 9900 Kč. The car never run well since the repair. Very often it took 10 attempts to start it. I was out of the country for 8 months and my wife took it to different services. Nobody was able to correct the problem. The battery, fuel filter, fuel pump were replaced but the problem persisted. When I returned I found out that the oil level in the sump had risen. Finally, I pulled out injectors and found that the O-ring on one injector was severely damaged, and another injector still had - perhaps - original o-rings, flattened and hardened or someone just replaced the original injector with some used one without bothering to replace O-rings. Also, in the had was "traveling" a oil plug from left side rockers. The shop is closed now.
