M	Michal Albrecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já osobně můžu jedině doporučit dávám tam auto pravidelně jak na kontrolu tak na opravu za mě samé + když je něco nákladnější tak zavolá řekne co s tím je a jestli chci úplně nový díl nebo ne prostě super komunikace vstřícnost a čas na opravu taky super vždycky vím že tam budu mít auto například týden a za tři dny mám hotovo nikdy se mi nestalo že by se něco neudělalo nebo že by to trvalo déle než bylo domluveno ani že by to bylo dražší než byl odhad . Opravdu skvělý servis všem doporučuji jedno minus je jenom že je moc zákazníků takže se občas musí čekat ale většinou max týden. I personally can only recommend I put the car there regularly both for inspection and repair for myself + when something is more expensive so he will call what will happen to it and whether I want a brand new part or not just super communication that I will have a car there for a week, for example, and I'm done in three days, it never happened to me that something wouldn't be done or that it would take longer than agreed, or that it would be more expensive than estimated. Really great service to everyone I recommend one minus is just that there are too many customers, so sometimes they have to wait but usually a maximum of a week.
M	Milan Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dostal jsem doporučení na tento servis. Dovolat se tam byl sice oříšek, ale když se to povedlo tak jsem zadal poptávku na menší generálku vozu. Po kratším uhánění mi přišel smskou rozpočet, který nevypadal špatně. Tak jsem žádal termín kdy mohu auto přistavit. A tady to začalo. Hromadu volání a marně. Když už jsem se konečně odvolal, tak mi bylo oznámeno že za 30 min. Je na dílně a dá mi vědět …. Po dvou dnech a hromadě pokusů se dovolat jsem dostal zase smskou datum. Paráda. Večer pře tím než jsem tam měl auto odvézt mi přišla opět sms s tím že se to musí odložit…. Od té doby jsem se snažil asi 3 týdny domluvit nějaký termín. Dokonce jsem se i dovolal a vždy mi bylo řečeno “za 5-10 minut zavolám” a nikdy nic. Takže za mne tento servis opravdu ne. Pokud to takto vypadá před tím než tam dám auto, tak jak to bude vypadat až by mi ho vrátil I received a recommendation for this service. And here it began. A pile of calls and in vain. When I finally appealed, I was told that in 30 minutes. He's in the workshop and he'll let me know…. After two days and a lot of attempts to call, I got a text date again. Great. The evening before I had to take the car there, I received an SMS saying that it had to be postponed…. Since then, I have been trying for about 3 weeks to make an appointment. I even called and I was always told "I'll call in 5-10 minutes" and never anything. So not really this service for me. If it looks like this before I put the car in there, what it will look like when he returns it to me
F	Filip Rojík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po své zkušenosti nemohu autoservis Lesák doporučit z několika důvodů. Byl jsem neustále přesvědčován o drahých a nekvalitních opravách u konkurence. Ovšem ukázalo se, že autorizovaný servis Volvo v Praze je levnější a byl by snad i kvalitnější. I přes žádost mě pan Lesák neinformoval o celých rozpočtech a rozsahu oprav. Také jsem se musel kvůli nesprávně diagnostikované závadě vracet a nebylo to levné (zbytečně repasovaný startér následovaný výměnou alternátoru vč. nevyžádaného čištění klimatizace). Pozitivně hodnotím to, že opětovnou závadu se mou pan Lesák řešil večer po telefonu a další závadu, plnění na turbu, diagnostikovali správně. Ale jestli chcete opravit auto levněji, kvalitně, s celkovým rozpočtem a bez nevyžádaných úkonů, využijte autorizovaný servis. After my experience, I cannot recommend Lesák car service for several reasons. I was constantly convinced of expensive and low-quality repairs by the competition. However, it turned out that an authorized Volvo workshop in Prague is cheaper and would perhaps be of better quality. Despite the request, Mr. Lesák did not inform me about the entire budgets and scope of corrections. I also had to return due to an incorrectly diagnosed fault and it was not cheap (unnecessarily refurbished starter followed by alternator replacement, including unsolicited air conditioning cleaning). I appreciate the fact that my Mr. Lesák solved the recurring fault in the evening over the phone and they diagnosed another fault, the filling on the turbo, correctly. But if you want to repair the car cheaper, well, with a total budget and without unsolicited actions, use an authorized service.
