Great agreement over the phone. Personally, too. I can't complain about everything going as agreed as one wants and needs. It just takes time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Vávra se mi jevil vždy jako velice solidní, to však pouze dochvile, než na mě udělal podraz za zhruba 20000kKč, které jsem z něj ani po roce nedokazal nijak dostat. Hezky jsem mu naletěl. Když mě potřeboval, hezky prosil a přemlouval mě a sliboval....
Mr. Vávra always seemed to me to be very solid, but it was only a puncture before he made a scam for me for about 20000 CZK, which I couldn't get from him even after a year. I had a good shot. When he needed me, he begged and persuaded me and promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Hentschel mi prodal starou motorku, která měla skrytou vadu. Jelikož mi ji prodal v zimě, zjistil jsem to až s odstupem několika měsíců. I přesto, že to byla 23 let stará motorka (!!!), v ceně už bylo zohledněno, že nebyla ve 100% stavu a navíc jsem se na něj obrátil s dlouhým odstupem, přesto všechno se pan Hentschel k věci postavil naprosto čelem, udržoval se mnou pečlivě kontakt a dotáhli jsme celou nepříjemnost ke zdárnému výsledku. Můžu všem naprosto doporučit!!!!
Kdyby se takto choval každý prodejce/ mechanik, svět by byl lepším místem.
