We had a car accident near Mladá Boleslav and Mr. Duřt not only dragged us home, but also consulted everything necessary with the insurance company and also took care of the removal of us and our dogs. The assistance services of Citroen and Generali insurance companies have completely failed / if an accident happens, they will definitely not help you /, but Mr. Duřt helped us much more, anyone else. I have very mixed feelings about the website, mostly negative. I wrote a fairly quick pick-up of the damaged car by a tow truck on February 28, the tow truck was for the next day, a big plus for free keeping the vehicle until repair, and a relatively low price of about 1000 CZK for the MB II course for service. The free date for repair was only on 23.03, due to the work close to home, it was not a problem, I thought that the car would be repaired within a week, a maximum of two. On 30.03 I got information that the problem was the starter, the initial repair valuation was 5000 kc After Christmas, I was supposed to pick up the car, but suddenly there was a problem with the lock under the hood and the immobilizer, which they were unable to fix (previously there were no problems with opening the hood). The car was sent back to the Ford service point because it could not be repaired on site. The cost of the service is 3,000 CZK, it was paid by the workshop (to be compensated when picking up the car on 10.04 .. By the way, I was also informed that the driver's door was damaged (probably due to inattentive bringing the car from the tow truck) and I had to wait for pickup every next week. Fortunately, the service covered the cost of repairing the door, and I am satisfied with the result. The downside of the service is that they do not inform the customer about how much time to wait and what condition the car is in. The essence of the monthly waiting for repair was the receipt on 22.04. It turned out that the previously trouble-free radio did not work, for unknown reasons. After the experience with this service, I would not recommend it to people who want a quick and trouble-free repair, plus the fact that the owner is at least honorable ...

I looked for a car in the MB in the bazaar, I called the car mechanics in the MB in Olomouc, but no one was able to go and see the car. Either there was no diagnostics, time, jack, people, etc. P. Duřt was the only one who listened to me and the next day he went to see my car. I am glad that there are still so willing, solid and honest people among us. Thanks to him, I was able to buy a car without any worries. Thank you.
