Domluvený termín nedodrželi,opravena jen část toho,co jsem chtěla, cena byla i za to,co vlastně neudělali,na autě byla stopa toho, že to někdo vzal trochu o stěnu(naštěstí jen lehce),v autě se při převzetí válela na zemi použitá rouška a dnes je auto opět v servisu díky zmrvené elektrice. Tak nevím..... I keep reading reviews about this service and I don't understand. They probably had a bad time in my case. They did not meet the agreed deadline, only part of what I wanted was fixed, the price was also for what they did not do, there was a trace on the car that someone took it a little against the wall (fortunately only slightly), the car rolled on the ground when taken over used veil and today the car is in service again thanks to the crushed electricity. Well, I do not know.....

Lepší, než výborná kvalita odvedené práce, naprostá úcta, respekt a absolutně profesionální jednání se zákazníkem! Auto po lehké nehodě opraveno výborně. Když už auto šlo do servisu, chtěl jsem auto zkontrolovat a případné nedostatky rovnou opravit. Nastavili jsme si hned při přivezení auta na opravu rozpočet. Nevolali kvůli každé věci, neřešili se mnou jestli tohle a tamto opravit, prostě to opravili, co bylo potřeba vyměnili. Pak zavolali, že auto je opravené a k vyzvednutí. Při vyzvedávání auta opět absolutně perfektní přístup, vše ukázali co se dělalo, absolvovali jsme zkušební jízdu - auto naprosto TOP po jejich zásahu! Pan vedoucí, mechanici, fakt všichni vědí co dělají a ještě k tomu mají slušné vychování. Za mě vím, že když bude něco potřeba, tak pojedu sem. Lidi úplně vážně, tohle je servis, kde je svět ještě v pořádku. Výsledná cena opravy v souladu s dohodou na začátku. Na to jak velký servis se dělal, tak cena relevantní. Moc často ( nebo spíš vůbec ) na google recenze nepíšu, ale tenhle servis je fakt pecka! Fakt jestli potřebujete opravit auto, tak tady vám ho dají do pucu. Až budu potřebovat, fakt už jedině sem. P.S. a jestli tuhle recenzi čte někdo z toho servisu, tak díky moc za opravu a za skvělý přístup s legendárním Peugeotem ? . Až bude potřeba, já se vrátím. Díky! Better than the excellent quality of work performed, absolute respect, respect and absolutely professional dealings with the customer! The car was perfectly repaired after a light accident. When the car went into service, I wanted to check the car and immediately correct any deficiencies. We set a budget right when we brought the car to the repair. They didn't call for every thing, they didn't tell me if to fix this and that, they just fixed what needed to be replaced. Then they called to say that the car was repaired and picked up. When picking up the car, again an absolutely perfect approach, they showed everything that was done, we completed a test drive - the car is absolutely TOP after their intervention! Mr. manager, mechanics, really everyone knows what they do and they also have a decent upbringing. For me, I know that if anything is needed, I will come here. Seriously people, this is a service where the world is still fine. The final price of the repair in accordance with the agreement at the beginning. Both the great service was done and the price relevant. I don't write reviews on google very often (or rather at all), but this service is really hot! In fact, if you need to repair a car, they'll give it to you here. When I need, really only here. P.S. and if anyone from this service reads this review, thank you very much for the repair and for the great approach with the legendary Peugeot ?. I'll be back when needed. Thanks!

Využil jsem služeb tohoto autoservisu, já již několikrát, dcera též na mé doporučení. Naposledy včera 20.4.2022. Blížil se mi konec platnosti termínu STK včetně Emisí. Nemohu vzhledem ke svému zdravotnímu stavu nikde postávat (na STK) třeba i 3 hodinové fronty a tak jsem svůj vůz SUZUKI Vitara svěřil do péče opět právě tohoto servisu. Služba zajištěna, p. Koláčný se chová opravdu jako správný profesionál ve svém oboru, včetně jeho vstřícnosti, dokonalého jednání. Taktéž to mohu tvrdit i o ostatním personálu, se kterým jsem přišel do styku. After trying several car services around Kolin and Kutna Hora (whilst some of them really gave me creeps and stuck in wild 90's attitude-wise), here I feel treated like a customer. Staff is friendly, discussion open and I don't feel attitude or attemtps to go around rules and legal requirements. Simply to do the work right. Sometimes it can take a while to get a slot, however in urgent cases they try to help quickly. Worth to recommend.
