Potřeboval jsem upravit koncovku u zadního tlumiče koupeného v Auto Kelly a pan Poledna mě poradil ať si to udělám sám Ignorant . všeználek .Poznal na dálku že to není výfuk na mé auto i když to byl originál

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijel jsem tam 2x vždy s nepříjemným a akutním problémem (nebyly na sobě závislé). Pokaždé jsem odjížděl do hodiny, a za to co si autorizovaný servis řekl 25 tisíc a 2 týdny času, oni si řekli 900 a 1800 za práci i materiál. Bez jakékoliv stížnosti.
I came there twice, always with an unpleasant and acute problem (they were not dependent on each other). I always left within an hour, and for what the authorized service said 25 thousand and 2 weeks of time, they said 900 and 1800 for work and material. Without any complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem u pana Poledny 2 krát a naposled.
Teď když jsem tam nedávno jela tak to bylo kvůli stěračům, protože jeden mi přestal fungovat. S pana Poledny vypadlo to že mám zlomený oba dva klouby a poškozené táhlo. A už mi udělal rovnou cenu kterou bych za to měla zaplatit. Plus jsem měla problém s lambdou sondou a tak samozřejmě částka se navýšila.. Druhý den jsem tam to auto měla dovést, že mi vše opraví ale cestou k němu jsem zjistila že mi stěrače fungují protože jeho pomocník mi tam utahl matici.
Jak je Teda možné že mě do očí řekne že mám zlomené klouby a že se s tím nedá nic dělat? Tak jsem po něm opravu stěračů samozrejme nechtěla. A pak slysim jak se pomocník panu Polednovi omlouvá že to opravit nechtěl. Že to byla náhoda. Ale stále jsem chtěla opravit sondu, ale na to mi řekl že nejspíš objednal jinou a že mi do auta nepasuje a nabízel mi o 1000 dražší. Nejspíš proto aby dostal zpět nějakou tu korunu že zakázky která mu nevyšla. Přitom si bral můj těchnicak a podle něj objednával to co já potřebuji. Zvláštní nemyslíte?
Takže díky tomu přišel o zákazníka, já si myslela že je to profík ale chtěl ze mě dostat jen prachy.

Now that I went there recently, it was because of the wipers, because one of them stopped working for me. It seemed to Mr. Poledna that I had both joints broken and a damaged rod. And he's already made me the equal price I should pay for it. Plus I had a problem with the lambda probe and so of course the amount increased .. The next day I had to bring the car there, that it would fix everything for me, but on the way to it I found out that my wipers were working because his assistant tightened my nut there.
How is it possible that he will tell me in my eye that I have broken joints and that there is nothing I can do about it? So, of course, I didn't want a wiper repair after him. And then I hear Mr. Poledn's assistant apologize for not wanting to fix it. That it was a coincidence. But I still wanted to fix the probe, but he told me that he probably ordered another one and that it didn't fit in my car and offered me 1000 more expensive ones. Probably to get some crown back that he didn't get. At the same time, he took my plate and, according to him, ordered what I needed. Strange don't you think?
So thanks to that he lost a customer, I thought he was a pro but he just wanted to get money from me.
