★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den předem telefonická domluva s tím že se mám zastavit druhý den odpoledne. Bylo mi trochu podezřelé, že mi nebyla nabídnuta konkrétní hodina, ale budiž. Přijedu na místo. Nikdo nereaguje na zvonek a nebere telefon.
One day in advance phone call to stop the next afternoon. I was a little suspicious that I was not offered a specific hour, but so be it. I will come into place. No one responds to the doorbell or answering the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Straka je příjemný, domluva ohledně toho, co a jak vyměnit, byla jasná, trpělivě odpovídal na spoustu mých dotazů. Oprava byla rychlá a za cenu, jakou jsme očekávali, účet samozřejmostí. Viděla jsem i vyndané rozbité díly. Budeme se rádi vracet.
Mr. Straka is nice, the agreement on what and how to replace was clear, he patiently answered a lot of my questions. The repair was quick and, for the price we expected, a bill of course. I also saw the broken parts removed. We will be happy to return.
