Napočítány práce, které se nedělali. 5x jsem přijel s "chroupáním" u levého kola a místo opravy se řešily jiné věci, jako senzor automatického naklápění světel. Utrhnutý držák telefonu a jiné věci. Rozhodně nedoporučuji! Never into this service again. Counted work that was not done. I arrived 5 times with a "crunch" on the left wheel and instead of repairs, other things were being addressed, such as the automatic tilt sensor. Torn phone holder and other things. Definitely not recommended!
J	Jakub Schneller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S panem Svobodou (majitelem firmy) jsem se telefonicky dohodl na termínu opravy dva týdny dopředu. Pán byl velice milý a ochotný. Poté co jsem ale auto do servisu o dva týdny později přivezl a domluvil se na přibližné ceně a termínu dokončení opravy do 2 max 3 týdnů se nikdo týden neozval, tak jsem preventivně do servisu zavolal (byli jsme domluveni, že mne kontaktují ohledně toho co s tím přesně je během následujících dní) a dozvěděl se, že s autem nikdo ani nehnul a žádná diagnostika neproběhla. Bylo mi řečeno, že toho v servise měli dost a nebyl na to čas ale, že auto ještě ten den diagnostikují a v pondělí, tedy další pracovní den na autě začnou ihned pracovat. Tak jsem dva další týdny žil v domnění, že se na mém autě pracuje a bude brzy dokončeno. Po dvou týdnech jsem si řekl, že servis radši kontaktuji abych se dozvěděl kdy přesně si auto budu moci vyzvednout a co jsem se nedozvěděl. Na auto opět nikdo po dobu dvou týdnů nešáhl a ani mi nedal vědět, že ho celou tu dobu mohu vlastně používat, stálo tedy venku, úplně zbytečně. Auto jsem si okamžitě vzal a neplánuji ho někdy servisu vrátit. Nedoporučuji tento servis nikomu kdo rád jezdí svým automobilem! I agreed with Mr. Svoboda (the owner of the company) by telephone on the deadline of two weeks in advance. The Lord was very kind and helpful. But when I brought the car to the service two weeks later and agreed on the approximate price and the date of completion of the repair within 2 max 3 weeks, no one has heard a week, so I called for preventive service (we were agreed to contact me about what to do with that is exactly the next few days) and he learned that no one was moving with the car and no diagnostics was done. I was told that they had enough of the service and it wasn't time for them to diagnose the car that day and start working on Monday the next business day on the car. So I lived for the next two weeks, thinking that my car was working and would be finished soon. After two weeks I told myself that I would rather contact the service to find out when I could pick up my car and what I did not know. Nobody went back on the car for two weeks and didn't even let me know that I could actually use it all the time, so it was out there, totally unnecessary. I immediately took the car and I do not plan to return it to the service. I do not recommend this service to anyone who likes to ride their car!

k	kavárna Ponrepo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dohodě jsme vyložili naše nepojízdné auto Volvo V70 před autoservisem pana Svobody. Tušili jsme už, že problém je vybitá baterie - ukázalo se to na disleji auta. Tlačíme volvo dovnitř servisu, pan Svoboda z venku drží volant a narazí nárazníkem do škodovky a auto trochu poškrábe. Omluví se :). Uvnitř auto napojí na baterii a potvrdí se, že opravdu problém je jen v baterii. Ptám se, jestli baterii lze dobít. Prý ne... Dohodneme se na koupi/výměně baterky v ceně 2700,-. Ptám se na výměnu oleje, protože vím, že je to třeba udělat. Prý to bude stát: 2800,- Olej + olejový filtr a 1200,- vzduchový a pylový. Celkem tedy 6500,- Přičemž před zavezením auta jsem se ještě ptal na výměnu oleje a prý to bude maximálně 2000,-! Dohodli jsme se tedy na ceně 6500,- za vše a nechal jse auto v servisu. Když jsem si pro něj přišel, pan Svoboda uvedl, že cena je vyšší a sice 7800,- a to si nepočítá práci. Když jsem se ohradil, řekl ať mu prý dám 6 tisíc a vypadnu (Kdybych vypadnul, pan Svoboda by bez faktury/úhrady DPH byl na svém) . Zaplatil jsem, dostal jsem fakturu, a už do toho servisu nikdy nepůjdu. After agreement we unloaded our immobile Volvo V70 in front of Mr. Svoboda's car service. We already knew that the problem was a discharged battery - it turned out on the car display. Pushing Volvo inside the service, Mr. Svoboda from outside holding the steering wheel and bump into the Skoda and the car scratches a little. Apologize :). Inside the car connects to the battery and confirms that really the problem is only in the battery. I ask if the battery can be recharged. We do not ... We agree to buy / replace the flashlight for 2700, -. I ask you to change the oil because I know it needs to be done. They say it will cost: 2800, - Oil + oil filter and 1200, - air and pollen. Total 6500, - While before driving the car I asked for oil change and said it will be a maximum of 2000, -! So we agreed on the price of 6500, - for everything and I left the car in service. When I came for him, Mr. Svoboda said that the price was higher at 7800, - and that didn't count the job. When I protested, he said to give him 6 thousand and get out (If I dropped out, Mr. Svoboda would be without an invoice / payment of VAT on his). I paid, I got an invoice, and I'll never go to that service again.

K	Karel Kachlicka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan "pružinka" Svoboda si myslel, že závažné poškození řadící páky vyřeší výměnou pružinky. Jen zázrakem jsme se s rodinou nezabili. Naštěstí nám výrazně pomohl pan Šmíd. Děkujeme a k panu Svobodovi už nikdy. Mr. "spring" Svoboda thought that serious damage to the gear lever would be solved by replacing the spring. Miraculously, my family and I didn't kill ourselves. Fortunately, Mr. Šmíd helped us a lot. Thank you and never again to Mr. Svoboda.
