Overpriced service. Mom brought the car here because it did not start. Gentlemen from the workshop said the problem would be in the engine pump and welcoming. For revision (not exchange), they charged almost 25 ths. CZK. After a week, the problem was reversed, and the gentlemen, after re-checking, found that there was a malfunction in the engine control unit and did not correct the fault. After transporting the vehicle to another service, it was found that the only problem was that the fuel gauge was pointing incorrectly and was only enough to adjust and tank it again. The second service also inspected the revised injections and told me they did not look as if they were intact. From this service your hands are gone!

I visited this service to adjust the geometry. When I arrived at the set time after the previous appointment, they did not have time, because they had to repair the car in front of me, which can still be understood. So they accepted me on the second try. While I was waiting for the alignment of the geometry, they phoned that the front brake pads need to be replaced and that the problems I reported are due to a jamming caliper that needs to be released. So I agreed to the proposed procedure and the car came to pick up the following day. They told me they changed the plates, loosened the caliper, adjusted the geometry and everything should be fine. After leaving the service, I realized that I had not received any evidence or a geometry measurement protocol, which I did not attach much importance to and did not deal with. I live close to this service and I didn't notice any problems when I was driving home shortly. However, when I went on a longer route with the car after a few days, I found that the car behaves (pulls to the side) exactly the same as before visiting the service. After about a week, the car was inspected for other reasons by a well-known car mechanic, whom I believe, wondering why they were not simultaneously with the brakes. pads and discs, but mainly said that according to the state of the mothers, which adjusts the front axle, the geometry NIC did not do. Because I had no proof, I didn't even try to make a complaint, so maybe there is a chance that the whole event would be explained, but I was content to never visit this service again.

They willingly helped me in an emergency, despite the fact that I was not ordered. The skilled mechanic was fast and eliminated the brake problem in a few minutes. By the way, they are looking for a new mechanic.

Two weeks ago, we in the family managed to run into the retarder badly and damaged the chassis cover. The service inspected our car, made a minor repair and didn't even want money from us. We agreed on a major overhaul a week after that. Everything went well and quickly, so I can only recommend the company.

I'm very embarrassed about this service, I've only been here once and I won't go there again. Time stopped here sometime in the 1990s, not only with the "decoration", but also with the approach. First, the agreed time did not pay by phone and I had to arrive again later. The second one sits there in the office and fires one after the other, the second flickered there with some spare parts and the third wiggles his hands and makes money on all 3. I just needed to change the oil and oil filter, I arrived at the agreed 8:30 and then again at 12:30 and at 13:00 I was already gone. The change itself was quick, I had the oil and filter with me, so they only used their tools and jack and in 30 minutes they wanted 600 CZK for me, which is not a small amount ... I could go straight to BestDrive, etc.
