★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis už od první chvíle neochotný a při detailním popisu závady byla reakce servisu, jakoby se člověk závadu spíše měl bát sdělit, komunikace hrozná, doporučím raději konkurenční servis s p. Machalou ve Starém Městě, naprosto odlišný a profesionální přístup, pohotová reakce, ze které jsou jasné znalosti a praxe z oboru. Servis jsem raději nevyužil z důvodu změny termínu ze strany servisu, kdy jej odložili o týden bezdůvodně.
The service was reluctant from the first moment and during the detailed description of the fault the reaction of the service was as if one should rather be afraid to communicate, the communication was terrible, I recommend the competitive service with Mr. Machala in the Old Town, completely different and professional approach, prompt response there is clear knowledge and practice in the field.
