Even an agreed week in advance and a recommendation from an acquaintance did not help Mr. Urban take the time as promised. Very inconsistent behavior.

I was in this service for the first time and definitely maximum satisfaction. Larger number of small but laborious problems, all solved. The car is going great. Price perfectly reasonable, as well as time, given the scope of work. I will highly recommend to all BMW owners.
