★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprofesionální jednání, pokud ucítí příležitost obohacení se, neváhá z člověka udělat hlupáka. Jinde standardní proces smluvních servisů, kdy si vše bez problému servis zařídí, tady musíte obvolávat náhradní díly až do Holandska sami, jelikož se pán snaží ušetřit a podvést tak nejen zákazníka, ale i pojišťovnu.
Oprava samotná dopadla tragicky, ale raději jsme si auto nechali opravit na vlastní náklady jinde, ale bez stresu a kvalitně. Vyhnout se obloukem!

Elsewhere the standard process of contractual service, where everything is arranged without any problem, here you have to call spare parts all the way to Holland yourself, because the master tries to save and deceive not only the customer but also the insurance company.
The repair itself turned out tragically, but we had the car repaired at our own expense elsewhere, but without stress and quality. Avoid the arch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V servisu pana Vodičky jsme začínali před několika lety s přezouváním pneu jednoho firemního vozu. Díky osobnímu a v dnešní době neuvěřitelně vstřícnému přístupu jsme postupně přidali nakonec všechny firmení i osobní vozy a služby pneuservisu jsme rozšířili na kompletní servis všech vozů (dnes 5 vozidel různých značek - BMW, VW, Škoda) . Máme tedy několika letou zkušenost jak s pneuservisem, tak s opravami po haváriích, výměnami olejů, brzdových destiček, čelních skel atd. Jsme rádi, že máme tento servis v blízkosti místa firmy i bydliště. Opravdu mohu doporučit . Jana V.
In Mr. Vodička's service, we started a few years ago with changing the tires of a company car. Thanks to a personal and nowadays incredibly helpful approach, we gradually added all the companies and passenger cars and expanded the tire service to a complete service of all cars (today 5 vehicles of various brands - BMW, VW, Skoda). So we have several years of experience with both tire service and repairs after accidents, oil changes, brake pads, windshields, etc. We are glad that we have this service near the place of business and residence. It was big help since traveling with baby has its challenges. He also was not angry at us, that our insurance was not the best and made it little bit complicated for him.
