★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl bych ocenit velice vstřícný přístup k zákazníkovi a férový přístup, tedy to, že z něj zbytečně "netahají" peníze. Potřeboval jsem do několika dní (na dovolené) opravit mechanismus stahování okénka. Ve dvou jiných servisech mě odmítli s tím, že mají plno. Jak jsem později viděl, i v tomto servisu měli plno, přesto mi pan Nezbeda vyšel vstříc, okamžitě objednal náhradní díl a vzal mě. Jak mechanik, se kterým jsem mluvil, tak slečna/paní na recepci byli příjemní. Pomyslnou "třešínkou" na dortu pak bylo, že opravu se jim podařilo provést bez použití náhradního dílu, takže jsem nakonec platil jen práci 600 Kč, což považuji za velice dobrou cenu.

I would like to appreciate the very friendly approach to the customer and the fair approach, ie the fact that they do not "draw" money from it unnecessarily. I needed to fix the window download mechanism within a few days (on vacation). I was rejected by two other services, saying they were full. As I later saw, they were full in this service as well, yet Mr. Nezbeda came out to meet me, immediately ordered a spare part and took me. Both the mechanic I spoke to and the young lady at the front desk were nice. The imaginary "icing" on the cake was that they managed to make the repair without using a spare part, so in the end I only paid the work 600 CZK, which I consider a very good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urcite doporucujeme pana Nezbedu, ktery se svym tymem odvedl skvelou praci na nasem bouranem aute. Zachranil nas pred totalkou. Trvalo to sice trochu dele nez jsme ocekavali, ale vysledek stal za to.
We definitely recommend Mr. Nezbed, who and his team did a great job on our wrecked car. He saved us from the total. It took a little longer than we expected, but the result was worth it.
