Nejprve mi za 2300,- doplnili chladivo s kontrastní látkou a sdělili mi, že mám přijet za týden. Sice mi to přišlo jako dlouhá doba, ale budiž. Přijel jsem za týden (pondělí) a paní na příjmu vůbec nevěděla, kdo jsem a co tam chci. Nakonec jsme to nějak rozlouskli a dohodli jsme se, že tam auto nechám a přijdu si pro něj za dva dny (středa). V pátek se mi konečně ozvali, že tam nebylo žádný chladivo tudíž ho museli znovu doplnit, ale že žádný větší únik nenašli (tak kam se podělo chladivo? ?‍♂️). Prý něco málo asi uniká přes kompresor, tudíž by se to mělo vyměnit...za 8 tisíc. S tím jsem nesouhlasil a auto jsem si s nepořízenou odvezl a v pondělí ho dal jednomu známému, který mi do druhého dne zjistil velký únik přes chladič. Do dvou dnů proběhla výměna dílu a klimatizace funguje na výbornou. Cena 2500 i s prací. Jo a kompresor je naprosto v pořádku ? Takže by mě fakt zajímalo, jaký auto jste kontrolovali, ale to moje to asi nebylo. Jedno je jisté, k Vám do servisu už ne. Air conditioning repair. I reported a fault in the refrigerant leak from the air conditioner to the car service. First, for 2300, - they refilled the refrigerant with a contrast agent and told me that I should arrive in a week. It seemed like a long time, but so be it. I arrived in a week (Monday) and the lady at the reception didn't even know who I was and what I wanted there. In the end, we kind of cracked it and agreed to leave the car there and come for it in two days (Wednesday). On Friday, they finally told me that there was no refrigerant, so they had to refill it, but that they did not find any major leaks (so where did the refrigerant go? ?‍♂️). It is said that a little probably escapes through the compressor, so it should be replaced ... for 8 thousand. I did not agree with that and I took the car with the unacquired one and gave it to an acquaintance on Monday, who found me a large leak through the radiator the next day. The part was replaced within two days and the air conditioning works very well. Price 2500 even with work. Yeah, and the compressor is fine. ? So I was really wondering what kind of car you checked, but it probably wasn't mine. One thing is for sure, not to your service anymore.

F	František Čech (Chaser) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi děkuji za vstřícné jednání a spolupráci při řešení nestandardní situace v rámci pojistné události, kdy pojišťovna plnila trochu jinak než jsme se dohodli, ale vyřešeno. Oprava bouraného předku auta proběhla rychle, kvalitně, podle představ až na pár drobností asi z nepozornosti při opravě (svítící kontrolka airbagu, která před opravou auta nesvítila, a vycvaknuté sklo zrcátka z motůrku, které taky bylo nepoškozené, což jsem si za 10 minut opravil sám). Chyb jsem si všiml až po převzetí, ale kromě toho nemám jedinou výtku k odvedené práci - naopak, auto asi vypadá i lépe než předtím - spasování dílů, lak, funkčnost super. Komunikace a průběžné konzultace ze strany servisu na jedničku a celou dobu profesionální a na úrovni. Určitě můžu doporučit, pokud bude někdo řešit pojistnou událost nebo jiný problém s autem. Díky. D	Dan Šenkeřík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nissan Pathfinder R51 126kW AT: Již delší dobu jsem řešil nepříjemnost v podobě ztráty výkonu na dálnici při akceleraci v zátěži. Problematiku jsem nejprve konzultoval s více lidmi a názorů, čím by to mohlo být způsobeno, bylo spousty. Nakonec jsem celou problematiku popsal mechanikovi Márovi z Autoslužby Trojan a ten hned řekl, že by to mohlo způsobovat nedostatek oleje v automatické převodovce. Jelikož jsem věděl, že olej v AT je už stejně potřeba vyměnit, tak jsme se domluvili na termínu. Ráno jsem auto odvezl do servisu. Během dne mi udělali proplach, očištění magnetů, vyměnu oleje a výměnu filtru, který ještě k tomu u běžných velkoobchodních dodavatelů nebyl k sehnání. Filtr nakonec sehnali kdesi v Praze a hned pro něj i osobně zajeli, aby auto bylo hotové ještě ten den. K večeru mi mechanik Mára auto dovezl až před dům a světe div se, problém je vyřešen :) Nissan Pathfinder R51 126kW AT: I've been dealing with the inconvenience of losing power on the highway when accelerating under load for a long time. They finally got the filter somewhere in Prague and immediately drove it for him personally so that the car would be ready that day. In the evening, mechanic Mára brought my car to my house and wonder the world, the problem is solved :)
