V	Veronika Maršíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerný neochotný servis! Jen co vlezete do dveří slečna/paní vás pohledem sjede jako že co vůbec si dovolujete něco chtít. Když zadáte váš požadavek, neochotně řeknou kolik oprava bude stát. Auto bylo se zpožděním předáno jako že je opravené a poškozené díly vyměněné, karoserie vozu byla poškrábána, s autem najeto stovky km navíc i když nebylo dovoleno auto převážet do jiného servisu nebo s vozem jezdit mimo areál servisu (auto několikrát spatřeno na parkovišti u obchodu) to byla první věc co mi docela vadila. Auto bylo vevnitř znečištěno, zapáchalo kouřem, vyměněné díly v autě chyběli a co víc, nebyli vůbec vyměněny! Reklamaci servis přijal s tím že to opraví na vlastní náklady. Nebyl vydán žádný předávací protokol jen potvrzení o zaplacení opravy, která byla dražší než původně bylo domluveno. Nicméně za týden bylo auto vráceno že reklamaci nemohou uznat - auto sami zničili a nejsou schopny ho opravit? Tomuhle servisu opravdu vyhnout obloukem. Neochota, nepříjemný a oprava je ve výsledku ještě více zničené auto. Vůz sem převezla do jiného servisu a do týdne bylo auto opraveno za lepší peníz a dokonce opravili co předchozí servis zničil. The car was handed over with a delay as if the repaired and damaged parts had been replaced, the car's body was scratched, the car was driven hundreds of kilometers even though the car was not allowed to be transported to another service or the car was driven outside the service area that was the first thing that bothered me quite a bit. The car was dirty inside, it smelled of smoke, the replaced parts in the car were missing and what's more, they were not replaced at all! The service accepted the complaint with the proviso that it would fix it at its own expense. No handover protocol was issued, only a confirmation of payment for the repair, which was more expensive than originally agreed. However, in a week the car was returned that they cannot accept the complaint - they destroyed the car themselves and are unable to repair it? Really avoid this service by arc. Reluctance, annoying and repair is the result of an even more destroyed car. She took the car here to another service station and within a week the car was repaired for better money and they even repaired what the previous service destroyed.

Tohle si ma rikat autoservis twl bych to radši zrušil nema to smysl I do not recommend anything cares even but rather fucking car I put mobile and took back impassable And proten injection and the key will reach ??? I'll call this car service twl I'd rather cancel it doesn't make sense

Na podzim jsem si nechala v tomto servisu přezout pneumatiky u dvou aut, bohužel jsem netušila co za peklo mě čeká na jaře při další výměně pneumatik. Na obou autech byla kola tak utažená i včetně bezpečnostních šroubů, že při defektu by s tím nikdo nic neudělal a u jednoho auta nesmyslně proházená kola i když byla přesně označená kam patří. Při jarní výměně nešlo povolit šrouby originálním klíčem, některé šrouby ani křížovým klíčem musela být použita 2 metrová tyč. Šrouby byly tak utažené, že bohužel došlo ke stržení bezpečnostního šroubu. Z normální výměny pneumatik se stal opruz na 4,5 hodiny. Měla jsem možnost vyzkoušet pouze pneuservis a nikdy víc! Servis si ani neumím představit a už nikdy se do tohoto servisu nevrátím! I am writing a review a few days later to calm down and write a decently NEGATIVE review. On both cars, the wheels were so tight, including the safety bolts, that in the event of a defect, no one would do anything about it, and in one car, the wheels were shuffled unnecessarily, even though they were precisely marked where they belonged. During the spring exchange, the bolts could not be loosened with the original wrench, some bolts did not even have to use a 2 meter rod with a cross wrench. The bolts were so tight that, unfortunately, the safety bolt was torn off. The normal tire change became a 4.5-hour spring. I had the opportunity to try only a tire service and never again! I can't even imagine the service and I will never return to this service!
l	liliana slovjaková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší servis co jsem zažila. Auto bylo dáno do servisu na opravu nárazníku, výměnu oleje a filtrů. Auto bylo v servisu měsíc, a po příjezdu domu ze servisu bylo zjištěno že pod autem se válejí na zemi kabely, olej je černý jak bota, a filtry vyměněny nejsou. Nárazník na autě byl svářený a lakovaný, měl by lícovat ale místo toho nelícuje ani z jedné strany, pacičky jsou poničené. Cena za tuto opravu byla přes 18 000 kč. Pán se kterým jsem mluvila se ke mě choval jak k totální krávě, která neví co říká.. Tomuto servisu vyhnout velkým obloukem. The worst service I've ever experienced. The car was in service for a month, and after the house arrived from the service, it was found that cables were rolling on the ground under the car, the oil was as black as a shoe, and the filters were not replaced. The bumper on the car was welded and painted, it should fit but instead does not fit on either side, the pawls are damaged. The price for this repair was over CZK 18,000. The gentleman I spoke to treated me like a total cow who didn't know what he was saying. Avoid this service with a big bow.
