Přesně podle domluvy byl (i na čas!) na místě člověk, který auto naložil a odvezl k likvidaci. Vyřídí úplně všechno, takže jen uvedete, kam mají pro auto přijet, předáte doklady a po několika dnech vám přijde zrušený TP. Takto si představuji profesionály. Díky! A samozřejmě všem doporučuji. P.S. A nekecám! Absolute satisfaction. Arranging with the lady on the phone is completely cool, problem-free, helpful. Ale kapota, kterou jsem konečně našla a byla k mání a s dobrou domluvou s majitelem vrakoviště dorazila v pořádku a jsem spokojená ?takže můžu jen doporučit. But the hood, which I finally found and was available and with a good agreement with the owner of the junkyard, arrived in order and I am satisfied - so I can only recommend.

S dílama taky žádný problém, vždy co bylo potřeba měly i na novější vozy, samozřejmě člověk nekupuje nové nalakované díly to by to nebylo vrakovište. Great eco-disposal of vehicles. Odtah přijel ve sjednaném čase hned druhý den po zavolání, nakládka plus administrativa asi 10 minut,za pár dní přišel mailem zrušený techničák. Za mě doporučuji. Fast and professional negotiations. Když jsem se chystal jet přes 250 km za nimi, zatelefonoval jsem, dovolal jsem se taky snad na po 3, a vše na čem jsme byli domluveni popřeli. Nakonec jsem vyšel z toho já ten, který si to vymyslel. Veškerou korespondenci mám, takže jsem věděl, jak to bylo.. Nedoporučuji. Unfortunately, my experience with this junkyard is terrible. First I was told something via email, then by phone. V	Václav Danster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lituji osobní zkušenosti s touto "firmou". Našel jsem si inzerovaný díl karoserie, volám tedy na uvedené číslo pod inzerátem, nikdo to nebere... V pořádku stane se. Na druhý pokus se již dovolám a ptám se pána jestli má pořád daný díl, ten neví, ale řekne mi ať zavolám za chvíli. Volám tedy po smluveném čase a dovolám se až na čtvrtý pokus, ale zvedne to úplně někdo jiný... Stane se, chápu, že mají třeba hodně práce. Tak tedy druhému pánovi tedy vysvětlím co potřebuji a opakuje se scénář z prvního telefonátu. Musím se tedy dovolat ještě po třetí... Nakonec se mi to tedy povedlo (asi po 2 hodinách), jedu tedy pro díl, který v popisu má zmíněno, že je ve velmi pěkném stavu. Realita? Absolutně nepoužitelný! V budoucnu opravovovaný, zastříknutý čímsi připomínající bitumen, většina plochy nenávratně poškrábaná, k tomu místy orezlý a sloupaný lak. Narovinu nečekal jsem nový díl karosérie po laku, ale alespoň trochu odpovídající stav ceně. Korunu tomu dal prodávající pán, který neměl ani kapku studu a snahu se nějak domluvit na ceně. Ujel jsem tedy přes 50 km a strávil tím půl dne, bych zjistil, že to všechno byla ztráta času. Ve výsledku jsem ten samý díl sehnal za třetinu ceny a samozřejmě v lepším stavu. So I explain to the second gentleman what I need and the scenario from the first phone call is repeated. So I have to call for the third time ... In the end I succeeded (after about 2 hours), so I'm going for the part, which is mentioned in the description that it is in a very nice condition. Reality? Absolutely unusable! In the future, repaired, sprayed with something resembling bitumen, most of the surface is irreversibly scratched, and in some places cut and peeled varnish. I was not expecting a new body part after the paint, but at least a little in line with the price. The crown was given to it by the seller, who did not have a drop of shame and an effort to somehow agree on the price. So I drove over 50 km and spent half a day doing it, I would find that it was all a waste of time. As a result, I got the same part for a third of the price and, of course, in better condition.
