L	Lukáš Pokorný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Průser jak hrom, už mě a mé kolegy tam nikdo neuvidí, těžkej amaterismus, zavazi na kolech nedrzelo a upadlo hned jak sem vyjel na silnici, neocisteny kola a nerovne nalepene, po reklamaci to sice uz drzelo ale neocistene a nerovne nalepene, uz sem tam po treti nejel, stalo mi to 2h cekani a nikdo ani omluvny kafe nebo vodu nenabidl, no musi byt spousta zakazniku kteri ani netusi ze maji teda nemaji uz ani to drahy zavazi v kolech.. hezky den :) No one will see me and my colleagues there anymore, severe amateurism, the load on the bikes did not hold and fell as soon as I got here on the road, the wheels were uncleaned and unevenly stuck, after the complaint it was still clean but unevenly stuck, here and there he didn't go for the third time, it cost me 2 hours of waiting and no one even offered an apologetic coffee or water, but there must be a lot of customers who have no idea they have, so they don't even have the expensive bikes in the bikes .. have a nice day :)

Servis byl ok, hlavně přístup, ale překvapila mě cena výměny oleje oproti jiným neautorizovaným servisům (příště bych si donesl vlastní, jde koupit výrazně levněji). Upozornili mě na sjeté pneumatiky místo toho aby mi je slepě vyměnili, což cením More expensive service for more demanding clients. The service was ok, especially the approach, but I was surprised by the price of the oil change compared to other unauthorized services (next time I would bring my own, it is much cheaper to buy). They warned me of used tires instead of changing them blindly, which I appreciate

Personál milý, vše mi vysvětlili, ukázali i poradili. Příští servis jedině tam. I visited this service today to replace the thermostat. I was overly satisfied with the speed of the repair and the price also matched the pre-arranged. Staff nice, they explained everything to me, showed and advised. Next service only there.
R	Radim Kološ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do tohoto servisu už nikdy více. Navštěvoval jsem ho poměrně často a pravidelně, ať už jsem potřeboval udělat jakoukoliv práci. Naposledy jsem servis navštívil po koupi ojetého vozu, který jsem chtěl pouze nechat zkontrolovat, nechat udělat rozvody a seřídit geometrii, jelikož volant byl lehce doleva a chtěl jsem ho nechat srovnat. Bylo mi řečeno, že odhadovaná cena práce je zhruba 15 tisíc. Rozvody prosím pěkně vyšly i s prací na absolutní nesmysl a to téměř 25 tisíc (focus mk3 1.6 ecoboost). Geometrie byla dělaná na dvakrát, prý nešly vzadu povolit excetrické šrouby a tak se nechaly vyměnit. Nicméně jsem zjistil, že v servisu se přední nápravy ani nedotkli, protože byly po jejich “práci” pořád tak zarezlé, že nešly ani povolit a musely se doslova rvát (nechal jsem ji nakonec udělat pořádně u známého). Na zadní nápravě, kde se nechaly šrouby vyměnit se prý mechanik zrovna trefil a nebylo potřeba nic upravovat, tak do dnes nevím co si o tom myslet. Po výměně rozvodů byla poškozená elektromagnetická spojka, která spíná klimatizaci. Ve fotkách najdete jak dopadla. Zkrátka a jednoduše přístup servisu k zákazníkovi se může zdát vstřícný a milý, ovšem opak je pravdou. Snaží se z něj dostat co nejvíce mohou. Předražený servis, který ani neumí udělat svoji práci pořadně. I autorizovaný servis by vás vyšel levněji (o tomto jsem se nechal sám přesvědčit). Kdybych na dlouhou dobu neonemocněl, samozřejmě bych toto vše se servisem řešil, bohužel nebyla možnost… Never again into this service. The last time I visited the service station was after buying a used car, which I just wanted to have checked, wiring done and adjusted geometry, because the steering wheel was slightly to the left and I wanted to have it leveled. I was told that the estimated cost of the work is about 15 thousand. Please divorced nicely with the work on absolute nonsense, almost 25 thousand (focus mk3 1.6 ecoboost). The geometry was done twice, it is said that the back screws did not loosen at the back and so they were replaced. However, I found out that the service did not even touch the front axles in the service, because they were still so rusty after their "work" that they did not even go loose and had to literally fight (I finally had it done by a friend). It is said that the mechanic just hit the rear axle, where the bolts were replaced, and there was no need to adjust anything, so I still don't know what to think about it. After replacing the wiring, the electromagnetic clutch that switches the air conditioning was damaged. In the photos you will find how it turned out. In short, the service approach to the customer may seem helpful and kind, but the opposite is true. They try to get as much out of it as possible. Overpriced service that can't even do its job properly. Even an authorized service would cost you cheaper (I let myself be convinced of this). If I didn't get sick for a long time, of course I would solve all this with the service, unfortunately there was no possibility…
